Pleasant stay with smiling teams all around, very clean room. Breakfast good enough for many, pick upper rooms for better sea view. Very nice hotel, maybe the best in the area chosen by business people mostly

Enjoyed my stay here. All staff are friendly and welcoming from the reception, to the breakfast staff and the spa. Special thanks to Rica, Elora and Aleyna for their wonderful hospitality. Highly recommend visiting.

Decent American style hotel, breakfast was good, the rooms were decent (aside from the annoying shower controls). The location is tolerable, but not in the middle of everything. Customer service was OK, lacked some attention to detail. Parking was free, and the view of the not so scenic black sea was fine.

A great hotel for a holiday near Trabzon. There are a large number of places with Turkish cuisine nearby. The hotel has an excellent SPA with a swimming pool. Breakfast at the hotel was good (special thanks to Ali and the rest of the staff for the personal service), charged the mood for the whole day. Thanks to the staff, we will come again.

I stayed at this hotel for one night during my winter vacation and i wish I stayed more. The hotel is perfect and the front reception people are very helpful and nice especially Cemal who recognizes my Diamond status and offers me a nice upgrade. The room was very clean with nice views. The breakfast is delicious with many varieties to choose from. If i am in Trabzon area next time this hotel will be one of my choices to stay in.

Nice sea view room,because we travell with our car we don't need taxi ,supermarket and domino pizza is near ,clean hotel;good staff ;average but enough breakfast;when juice end do not charge again ;good turkish coffee in brakfast;pool is clean;no child pool

Location is very tricky, some of their staff helpful , the parking area is small , rooms are not that big , but you can have option with sofa bed , go for sea view

The location is not great.. it face a dead side of the sea..
And aircon is not good..but they upgrade us to a whole suite as an apology for thi6 problem..thanks to the duty manager..

Hilton hotels never lower their standards. Trabzon Hilton Garden Inn is one of the best example. This hotel located by the seaside. The view is wonderful if you choose right room. It is clean and comfortable.
There is traditional Turkish breakfast. Near the hotel there are some good restaurants.

Its a beautiful hotel, also very clean.
Most of staff can't speak English.
Breakfast is very limited, they can't even choose a good watermelon :(
Room service is very good, they have underground parking :)
