I think they don't have a profile to call an unnecessary company and say goodbye. You will not have the possible support in a business product problems showing the vendor that attitude they are acting like the buyer. Don't be embarrassed with your money. Whoever is the owner of the company should review the employees or say where I made the mistake of day income.
