Haydarpasa Train Station in considered one of ancient treasure of Turkey. Most amazingly is that the station is located right at the very tip of Asia continent along a beautiful coastline just over a mile away from Europe :-) . This station is one among the most photography in Istanbul.

Beautiful and grand old railway station, located right by the water, check out the skyline of the European side from here (especially around sunset, it's magical!) and watch the ferries go by

Awesome place. Wish trains were running but great to step back in time to a place that should be preserved for history.

Station is currently closed as of early 2016 due to Marmaray construction. You can pass through, however, and admire the historic architecture of the station. Pictures are allowed, but be mindful and cooperative with any police in the area.
