Resepsiyonda ki görevliler çok ilgili odalar Hilton kalitesinden ödün verilmemiş kahvaltı gerçekten güzel aynı zamanda lobisi çok renkli ve güzel kapalı otoparki mevcut, yol kenarında olmasına karşın içeriye araba sesi almıyor çok iyi ses yalıtımı var

Smiling faces of staff That is second star.. Clean rooms is 3.. However.. The room was not as they have promised. But i did not have a chance at 11 pm with all my family almost sleeping as they wit in lobby. So instead of changing the hotel i paid extra money which we did not agree for suit room

Location is far off from the city centre and has very few shops around to buy convenience items from let alone any restaurants so you are dependent on the hotel unless you have time for a trip elsewhere. Food is of above average quality albeit a bit pricey. There is open buffet breakfast. Rooms are comfy, spaceous and clean and include an iron with the board, a decent tv together with other common hotel items.

Booking den rezervasyon yaptım ve otele gittiğimde otelin dolu olduğunu ilettiler. Kitap fuarı olduğu için başka otelde bulmak çok zor oldu.
Müşteri şikayetinizi iletebileceğiniz herhangi bir merci bulamadım. Daha sonra Hilton un kurumsal bir şikayet mekanizması olacağını düşündüm düşünmeyin yok. Samsun Hilton telefonla arayıp şikayet etmek istediğinizde gidebileceğiniz son nokta resepsiyon ve dönüşü olmuyor..

Uygun fiyat, lüks bir mekan. Ancak misafir yoğunluğu çok olduğunda kahvaltı hizmetleri aksıyor. Tabak, bardak vs. bulamıyorsunuz bazen. Personel çok yardımcı ve güler yüzlü, bir şey söyleyince hemen yardımcı oluyorlar.

The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed. It is very popular so be quick for reservation. Although it is far away from city center, one of the best in Samsun.
