Tidy enough and good position belied by the scruffy street it sits on. No alcohol license but they managed to find some locally for me.

Booked this hotel for our time in Istanbul. Very nicely built hotel in a nice, busy area. Access to the trams, bus was easy. Manager was very kind and generous along with his assistant, Hussain. Breakfast was served at 7 am till 10am and there was a variety of food available to eat. Lift was a bit cranky at times, and there still is unfinished work within the hotel. Price was reasonable. WiFi connection was perfect throughout the hotel. Nice view from the room.

Fena degil temizlige onem verilmeli. Otopark yok. Semt guvenli degil. Kisisel guvenliginize dikkat edin her taraf buralarda at hirsizi tiplerle dolu. Kapkac cok fazla. Polis yok.

At this time the hotel looks pretty brand new. That said I'm unsure about the safety of the location. In addition the elevators are loud and you can hear everyone coming in and out of the rooms. The prices are reasonable but there may be other better places available if you look around. The breakfast selection is quite big but lots of flies were around.
