  I don't know u just del my reply or what has happened
  
  This is the like top 3 hotel I don't wanna come back again
  
  I open the window and wanna take a deep breath or coast side fresh air. But the only thing I can smell is that shity smell
  No air condition no fresh air ..
  
  The only reason I give 2 star is the day I check in the security is nice to me and my wife

  Aspires to be four star but facilities are tired. Staff helpful if asked but not proactive. Unable to provide an invoice for bar tab so had to accept their calculation. Amount reduced when I asked to pay by credit card.

  Yıldızları geçen seneye kadar normaldi. Senelerce keyifle gittik, tatil yaptık; geçen seneye kadar.
  Bir tesisin politikasını o tesisi işleyenler oluşturmuyor; tesise gelen İNSAN PROFİLİ oluşturuyor. Ne kadar iyi niyetli olunsa da müşteri profilinin kültürel seviyesi, yaşam tarzı, tercihleri, vazgeçemediği davranışlar o tesisin üstüne kara bulut gibi çöküyor.
  "Sen gelme, burası artık benim çöplüğüm" diyor. Asansörlerin kullanımı, açık büfede sıra eziyeti, eğlence yerlerindeki görüntülerSevimsiz olup; ben almıyayım artık diyorsunuz. Bir güzel kalenin daha kaybettiğiniz acısını duyuyorsunuz.
  "Bana otel mi yok" deyip gaza basıp geçiyorsunuz.

  最差服務的飯店
  晚餐自助式-供應量不足，水果放的少，只有少數人吃到。義大利麵麵條煮太少，造成一部分人沒吃到，等飯店煮好後，大家都早已吃飽了
  
  在台灣或許覺得沒什麼，但土耳其的餐點都是冷的，非常冰冷，沒有熱呼呼的主食吃下肚，讓人非常不舒服
  
  還有果汁機用白布蓋起來,不給用餐的人喝
  
  要求裝熱水，拿保溫瓶600ml給服務員,只裝一半，就說再裝就會溢出來，然後就硬著把瓶子推回來。靠，騙誰啊！水比黃金貴嗎，捨不得給可以明說，我可以諒解，但房間又沒提供電熱水瓶，氣溫零下，受到如此對待令人無法忍受
  
  第一天的土耳其之旅真糟糕
  
  沒美食沒服務的土耳其，建議大家不要來
  
  好想回家喔

  Tasteless food, impolite staff, "all inclusive" but you do not get anything. Rooms are good, very clean. Beach in peak season very overcrowded.

  Not very impressive. The rooms were above average although somewhat dated in their decor and not very well insulated meaning the temperature changed very rapidly and it was hard to stay warm. The personnel was rather rude and indifferent and made me feel uncomfortable. The buffet was very good with a wide variety of food available. If I was to visit again I would stay at another hotel since the spa has exorbitant charges and everything is rather expensive.
