  Very clean and good variety breakfast, little noisy because the cars..when I got there the room wasn't ready and I had to wait for almost 30 minutes, the dry clean service slow.

  I am surprised this hotel has such a high rating. We were robbed here not once but twice! I am an American and I was taking a road trip across Europe into Asia. On our first night there, our SUV, which was parked right in front of the hotel!, had the window broken by thieves (Istanbul has no shortage of thieves and con artists; majority of cab drivers there are con artists who will loot you with special tourist fares and sleight of hand). The car robbery attempt was in full view of hotel staff and was even caught on their camera. Luckily, the car alarm went off and the thieves got in their car and sped away.
  
  The happened around 3 in the morning but hotel staff didnt notify us until 6 am. They did very little to accommodate us during this ordeal. One staff member even said this kind of robbery attempt happened once or twice before at their hotel. The manager would not compensate for broken window repairs, even though it happened on their property, but said he would file a claim with his insurance first, which would take a week or longer. Only then he could cover the cost of the repair. We had to leave Istanbul the next day! We were in no place to wait around for their insurance to pay. We left in anger. They refused to pay the 200 Turkish lira.
  
  If something this traumatizing happens in US businesses, the business does their best to accommodate the customer. But not at this hotel! Park at your own risk! Even if it’s right outside the entrance door. Do not drive a nice car or leave your luggage in back seat.

  Great hotel for the buck. Don't book through booking sites. It is much cheaper to book directly through them

  The room was clean, we stayed one night, the breakfaast was ok, we checked in a room which was not on the road side, but still there was noise.

  Örnek alınabilinecek bi hizmet ve güleryüzlülük.
  Sadece kapalı otoparkı kullanamamak iki yıldızlarına mağıl oldu. Garaja girişde öle bi kasis varki yani Jıp le gelmek lazım. Benim Arabanın altı değdi. Ve garjın içi hotelin ıvır zıvırıyla dolu, yani girse girse iki araba girer.
