It's not anything like the photos you can find on websites. The rooms are so small, so were the toilet. The pool was out of service during my residence, without a simple apology. I reserved a double standard room but they gave us a twin bedroom one. The service and the staff were not much helpful.

A terrible, horrible hotel if you're an American, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Besides the rooms being small, walls paper thin, food in the basement that's awful, this hotels far from the tourist areas of SultanAhmet. The cab driver charged us 50 TL to go to the Blue Mosque! Just to add to how disgusting this place is, our toilet wouldn't flush.. the night guy came by and did nothingsaid to flush it over and over again. I told him we flushed it 10 times, he said, "flush it 20 times!" I can't tell you how bad this place was. We had a 4 night stay but left the next morning as fast as we could. If anyone at the Grand Hilarium is reading this, it's nothing personal your hotel is not up to standards and is a 2 star hotel at best. There are prisons in America more comfortable than your hotel.

Very bad hotel no ramp for baby& hadicap .rooms too small can´t move inside room, internet service too bad slow , i advise any one want came to this hotel please cancel it .. 1* star for location .

The hotel realy is 2 stars instead of 4. Bathroom door locks itself. Pool os 5 degrees. Kichen chimny was nezt to our room and it smels all the time. But for the price we payed its fine.
