WATCH OUT. THEY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD AFTER YOU LEAVE WITHOUT AUTHORISATION.
What a shame. After a pretty decent service on pick-up the drop-off staff member ‘Fatih’ was extremely rude and unhelpful.
We’d checked on hiring the car that having a dog was not an issue. But on drop off Fatih tried to first charge us 300 TL for extra cleaning.
I offered to vacuum the car myself as the hair was minimal and it would have taken 5 minutes but they refused.
He then offered to drop it to 200 TL. I refused.
But having left the premises I discovered my credit card had been charged without any consultation or authorisation. Just waiting not for further charges to be made. A complaint made by others below.
All in all, I’d swerve and pick a rental company near the actual airport and who won’t rip you off once you’ve left.response / report this review -

After a very long process They give me a car without telling me there is mileage limite after i returned the car they asked me to pay more and that’s the (hidden) rule👎🏻

Had a few rentals with Garenta and I was happy with their service. This time they called me back after pick up the car from Sabiha Airport and they said that car was booked for someone else. As they disturbed me with their calls many times while I was driving, I had to accept a new car as they said they would come over and change my car. So they’ve found me at the airport and gave me a very bad smelling car dirty car. Obviously someone smoked in it and no ones cleaned the air filters. The duty manager Mrs. Esra asked me to take it to the garage for replacement then she didn’t call me or anything and stuff told me that Esra said I have to accept what I have. She didn’t help at all and wasted another 2 hours in the pick up process. She asked me more money for the different class car and 5 time more deposit, she gave me some discount with the deposit though, which I accepted but then she said it has to be the same credit card which I didn’t have enough amount in it. Then she said I have to accept this car as there is no other availability at the same class. So disappointed with their ignorance. I’ll have to think twice if I’m renting out from Garenta again as their duty manager was ignorant and pick up time was too long.

Rate jedem davon ab dort einen Mietwagen zu reservieren. Der Service und die Mitarbeiter sind unter aller Sau. Zahlt woanders lieber etwas mehr und erspart euch die Kopfschmerzen und die Abzocke.

I wanted to share my very bad experience in Garenta Sabiha Gökçen.
I rented a car from the 23rd to the 25th of august. When I asked the lady about the price, she said 260 lira approx., my father asked her to confirm that the price was for 2 days she said yes. As i check on a booking site that the average prices were very close, we decided to go for it. We signed all the papers, but none if them showed the final amount. We took the car and everything went ok until i open my email when i reached my hotel room, to find out that i paid 520 lira, that's double the amount i agreed on. Furious, i call the service to explain, the guy tell me that he can do nothing for me and that he is sorry. I got angey and told him that it wasnt the amount we agreed on, he said that I must have found cheaper prices smwhere else and that Im making out this story to get refund What the hell are they serious?? In 2017 most of us check online BEFORE booking a car or hotel room. I tried to explain that even when i signed the docs there was no amount, she could have made me pay 1000 lira and i couldnt do anything about it. I filled a complaint to my bank. Let's see what happens.

شركة جرينتا لتأجير السيارات، هي شركة تركية وخدماتها ممتازة جداً. من خلال تجربتي معهم أكثر من مره أسعارهم مناسبة ومن اقل الاسعار وسياراتهم متنوعه. وان تحجز عن طريق المكتب في المطار افضل من المواقع الالكترونية الوكيله. السيارات العادية مثل فولونس و فوكس ديزل اوتوماتيك. سعر الاجار اليومي بحدود ١٢٥ ريال سعودي ومع التأمين الشامل ١٤٦ ريال. الوديعة ( الدوبيزت) محدده ٥٠٠ ريال والسيارات الفخمه تكون ١٥٠٠ وتسترجع عند تسليم السيارة مباشرة. ويتم الخصم من الوديعه في حال نقصان الوقود عند التسليم او ضرائب غير المشموله مثل ان تسلك مسار في الطرق السريعة او الجسور غير المسار المحدد لتأمينهم الشامل
