  If I had the chance to give less points, I would do so. It is a branch that works badly or, more accurately, does not work. I hope its employees and manager change.

  The branch that takes away our lives. While waiting in line, people at home missed it. They are incredibly slow. Come on, no one cares, from the officer to the manager, but the authorities don't even see these 1 stars. I am canceling all my accounts.

  They are incredibly slow... Why are there only 3 people at the car counter in a huge bank? It's a shame for the employees too. In short, a poorly run branch. You come in in the morning and leave in the evening. Before you come to this branch, don't forget to bring a few clean undershirts, a few canned goods, and a book to read while waiting in line! I will give up this bank because of this branch!!

  I waited for 1 hour to deposit money, they didn't help me because I wasn't a customer of the branch, I went to the manager and he didn't care either. It's not worth 5 cents in Turkish currency. God forbid I go to that bank.

  If you are going to come here and have work to do, consider spending at least 1.5 hours. It's incredibly slow, parking is a problem, and they insist on not even processing the petition. Also, even if they process it, you leave it for 1 or 2 months and there is no result. This is a bank and its branch that you should definitely not work with. Shame on you...
