Very disappointed with the thermal pool arrangements, the family pool was extremely small not much bigger than a large bath and it costs 100TL for an hour. They were different pools for men and women so we could not bath together as a family. Most of the staff were very helpful if somewhat gloomy. The air conditioning was dreadful, you couldn't breath it was so stuffy, everyday I had to go to reception to get them to sort out the link card to get into the room. The room was good plenty of room and changed the beds daily so no complaints about that. I am just very disappointed about the pool arrangements as thats why we booked into this hotel away from the center because we wanted to use the thermal pool. Would not recommend this hotel if you want to use the family thermal pool.

Çok saygısız, terbiyesiz, Üçkağıtçı, kazıkçı, vs personel edep öğrenmesi lazım. Tam 10 dkk içinde 180* değiştiler. Fiyatı değiştirdiler ve personel müşteri ıle dalga geçti. Lobideki duran kişiler lobici bile olmadan karisar olmuş. Müdüre sesleniyorum personelini bi elden geçirmeniz lazım.

Kardeşimin basketbol turnuvası amacıyla gitmiş olduğu Bursa'da kalmak için tercih etttikleri otel olan FormBack çalışanları, orada unutmuş olduğumuz bir montu bizlere bildirip, zamanlarını ayırıp elimize ulaşması adına kargo ile göndermişlerdir.
