  I will be leaving for home shortly, my daughter and I went together for gastric sleeves. From the moment we got in touch with our hospital coordinator Adam, he was so so helpful and was there to answer absolutely everything and anything about our coming trip and operation, no matter what time of day or night we text him. He even walked me around the hospital on FaceTime. He arranged drivers, the most beautiful hotel, greeted us on the morning of the op, was there to translate, popped in and out all the days we were there, and was only ever a text away as he is based downstairs in the hospital. His colleague, Ruwayda was an absolutely beautiful woman, in nature and looks, so caring, was by our side from the moment we stepped into the place, helped with forms, requests to nurses, telling them what we needed, getting us walking and, she took me to get all our prescriptions, and even took me in her car to buy a suitcase, because I’d only took a small one and the medications wouldn’t fit in. From the nurses to the cleaners, they we’re all lovely people, and helpful in every way , although language was a barrier they did their best by getting phones out to translate. I’m now looking forward to seeing the results of the surgery over the next few months . Thankyou everyone at Floya Hospital x

  The hospital is too expensive, even the simplest of blood test cost like 800tl each!

  The reception is horrible! Since one week I am waiting for my medical reports by email, which today i got to know that they won't send it. Again I am trying to get it online from the hospital website aready more then two hours but not getting the password to my mobile number by which I can open my E-results
