TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW! THIS IS NOT A COMPANY TO TRUST! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF FOR YOUR MONEY BY PROVIDING 5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY, THEY WILL TREAT YOU WITH TOTAL DISRESPECT; THEY ARE HORRIBLE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE.
My personal experience has been that the doctors are completely unprofessional once they have accepted my money and the surgery has begun. Long story short, I requested vaser surgery and a breast implant. They performed my surgery and released me. The next day, I was in excruciating pain, so I contacted them. They ignored me, so I went to the emergency room because I was in excruciating pain. I figured out the procedure went wrong because the skin and tissue are prone to being burned by the heat emitted by the ultrasound during the process. It's been a couple months since they put my body in danger and didn't do
I've been attempting to contact them, but they've been completely unresponsive.
It's been a dreadful experience that seems like my life has been wrecked. I've been duped, to tell you the truth. The firm doesn't even pick up my calls or respond to my messages; they deliberately ignore me since they don't want to help me. This clinic is unquestionably one of the worst in Turkey; the entire team is a sham; they don't care about you; they only care about money; they even gossip about you. They are all disrespectful and unprofessional, including their doctors, who ask for your opinion. What shape do you want your nose to be, then on sugary room they do what they want it to be. I had Rhinoplasty and after the surgery they showed me the results pictures when they showed me the pictures an after the surgery it had a different look, they didn't find any solution to fix this they ignored me, I'm so depressed everyday I look at myself and I hate myself so much everyday is worse

This clinic is definitely one of the best in Turkey, the whole team works side by side with so much care. They are all polite, professional and dedicated. I must say their doctors are top of the line and their work is outstanding.
The hospital is very clean and I would rate it a 5 star honestly. We are very happy with procedure results and would %100 recommend ESTEVIEN CLINIC. We will be back with a all the friends very soon.

I recently came over to turkey all the way from Canada to do my body. Translator Omar was with me from the very beginning till the end. He was very friendly, kind, and helpful. He always smiles and has a way with his words. He did everything I asked for and more. If you are coming to turkey and need an Arabic translator I highly recommend Omar, as a bounce he's the only translator that carries chocolate around with him incase your blood sugar goes down or get hungry lol. Omar made my stay here very easy and honestly I don’t know what I’d do without him. Both thanks from me and my family to Omar, we liked him very very much and there is nothing negative I can say about him, super friendly and close to the heart. :))
