I asked for it to be corrected because the sending branch charged a high shipping cost. Since I encountered this situation a few times, I had information about the process, but when I conveyed the situation during the cargo delivery, I had to call the opposite branch, which he could not do it himself, when he started saying strange things to throw out the issue over etc., when he started to complain, I told him that he could call the opposite branch and fix it, then he received the invoice, I will take care of it, but in the middle the next day. I went one day and there was no result.
