  The SPA facility is rather old and need a serious maintenance and refurbishment. It is not a family friendly facility. Hamam, resting rooms, change rooms and the locks are far from a 4 star hotel. highly disappointed. There is even no water in that area to drink!!!! its a shame

  I spent a few days in this hotel. The hotel is nice, the room i had was pretty large with a balcony and a big bathroom. Restaurant makes also good food. Plus it is not that expensive

  The best hotel chain in Turkey. Especially Divan Bursa hotel has the best breakfast so far! Spa is also so nice and extremely big. Strongly recommended

  I recommend this hotel. The staff were great, the rooms were fully equipped. The location is relatively good; not what I was expecting. About 30 minutes to reach BUDO ferry. 20 minutes to reach Bursa Telefrik. Room servicing staff were a bit cheap and kind of lazy.
