Excellent hotel. Very clean. Good food., lots of variety. Beautiful beach but not sandy. Beautiful gardens. Really good for children, lots to keep them busy. Staff very helpful but not many speak English. Animation team are excellent Tolga, Milly and Super Mario. Good entertainment in the evenings Yoga, volleyball etc during the day. Echo (Akif ) from the water sports on the beach is very polite and helpful. I would recommend this hotel. They supply everything you would need and more. Staff work very hard. Loved it 😍

Ok. The food was very similar so after a week not so much to choose, animation activities were not on time or not at all. Wifi is terrible. Everyone imagines you speak russian.

I went to this place for about a week..there are lots of activities to do, such as sauna ,swimming, hammam and fitness centre. The restaurant is very elegant with a delicious buffet..but it is very limited with meat. Ive been to Turkish restaurants before and it really looked like turkish food ..in this hotel it is basically normal food I eat in England. Unfortunately, they don't really speak any english at all but I finally found a way to communicate!
There is not really any directions to find the wayI advice you to please not argue with the staff; The whole view is the best I have ever seen ..especially the mysterious tunnel that led to the beautiful garden and enormous beach.
The swimming slides are terrific and the massager is the best!
Over all the hotel was an outstanding site, seeing all mountains🌈🌈

If you go here please do not criticise the hotel in any way as the general manager Mr Dinler takes it personally and made us leave the hotel.
We moved at our own expense to a much better hotel which although also 5 star had much better features like quiet air con from a small grill not a cheap machine on the wall and a much better bathroom.
Frankly I would rate the hotel as Turkeys Faulty Towers without the funny characters.
It made us hate Turkey, ,y wife cry and me a nervous wreck after being manhandled by the fat hotel security guard.

Fantastic hotel! Clean, profi service, food, beach, entertainment every night. Restaurant manager on top of everything, Meze waiter very nice and helpful guy, Miriam for the greatest massages in the world and PR lady, Nelly is a great person in every way.

Beautiful hotel, atmosphere, beach..clean room, clean hotel, clean restaurant, very nice service, waiter's, bartenders, service reception, beautiful restaurant's!!! Number one in Alanya, Mahmutlar and Kargicaksee you later! I love DINLER HOTEL!!!
