The hotel is reall good vacation center in Alanya. Room views is amazing sea and city and castle view, all personal very positive and friendly, Animation show was great we went to club with disco tour and it was really funny you can buy ticket from animation team and enjoy disco tour with them , sure you will like this hotel, we wanna come back in May again.

We visited back in May 2017 , I must say absolutely fabulous experience great hotel, great food, great entertainment and staff were absolutely lovely friendly and great service, must single out UGUR the entertainment team Chief, lovely guy made friends with him star of the show he is, we going back this year but with the kids this time loved it so much as a couple but is great for families too x

Brilliant holiday hotel. Staff are friendly and happy to help. Rooms are clean, made up daily if required. Mini bar with free coke and water. Safe in the room free of charge as is air con.
Food is good lots to choose from, desserts are amazing, definitely piled on the pounds!! main restraunt, a la carte restraunt, poolside snack shack and beach snack shack plus 6 bars. Spa is amazing relaxing and peaceful. I had a massage every other day. Different massage options plus other spa treatments. Sauna and steam room. Would definitely recommend aTurkish bath at the beginning of your stay to get rid of dead skin before tanning. Would definitely come back here.response / report this review -

Love this place. Room was lovely and clean. Balcony had a lateral sea view, directly below there was over grown wasteland however hardly ever used the balcony as the beach is a 5 min walk with free sunbed, hotel bar and snacks, the pool has plenty of sunbeds, bar & snacks. The spa and massages amazing. Would definitely come back here. Most staff friendly and helpful. Food, good variety and plenty of it.

just arrived back home, well where do i start,paid extra for seaview only got a quarter view the room was mainly looking out to baron overgrow
land with rubbish and looking down to a relic building.free mini bar was a joke 1 bottle of coke 1 bottle fanta 2 water bottles,in the 10 nights not replenished.the food was greasy the same every day all in all food terrible after 3 nights into holiday stomach trouble so we went out to eat elsewhere.the entertainment was awful,russians drunk all day,no waiter service at all,hotel staff unhelpful,on occasions i went to reception to ask for advise was told to come back in the morning it seemed they could give a dam .the lifts were overcrowded all the time if you could get one then ppl were getting stressed pushing shoving .This was not a holiday to remember we will not be returning nor would i recommend it .As for 5 stars this place is no more than 3 .response / report this review -

Well to me it wasn't good at all. The House cleaner was always too late in our room and sometimes She didn't even clean it. She skipped it. It was always still dirty in the room after she cleaned it. The Food was good but always the same. The Hotel was kinda Dead No shows and if shows then only in russian. I like Russian ppl but come on Are we in Turkey or in Russia? The worst thing there was you couldn't leave your room at the night times as a girl because the Guys followed you and asked for social Media and when you said "No" they didn't leave EVEN IF UR YOUNG they didn't leave you they tried and tried. Not only guest Guys also the Guys who were working there. THAT'S RUDE!!! This Hotel doesn't deserve one Star!

Lovely place although needs a little more attention to detail for example no beach towels given opon arival. There is also a jewellery man that is based at the hotel that will NOT leave you alone until you go to see his company. He isn't the only one there is also a leather trader and photographers and a tattooist that has no tattoos himself. They all talk at you were ever you go on hotel premises. The hotel bar is also very poorly lit and so basically half is unusable. There is also a hooka salesman at the top that occupies the only well lit seats that is about a 1/3 of the available space so unless you buy a hooka you cannot sit there. The cleaners don't come until around 4 o'clock which is when most people return to their room to prepare for the night and so the room was only cleaned 4 days out of 12. However, for the price these faults can be overlooked however the hotel is not that cheap unless booked through a packed holiday. And so I feel these should be addressed as this hotel is a 5 star.

This hotel was by far the best all inclusive hotel that I have stayed at. We arrived in the early hours and were greeted by professional and friendly reception staff, they spoke fluent English and throughout the holiday resolved all issues and problems, especially night receptionist Mozlum Jouuf. The food was well presented with plenty to choose from. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Entertainment was for the most part very good but was could of had more variety.
In general fantastic hotel, friendly staff and I would highly recommend this hotel.response / report this review -

Nice hotel, great rooms and views, staff speaks english, good AI packet, sea is in 2 minutes walk. Streets are close and quite noisy and you can hear the prayers a few times a day, so if your sensitive to sound have that in mind. Bus to Alanya 1 euro, 15-20 mins.

It's value for money, not as good as some five star hotels I've stayed in but overall had a great time here though. In October the guests were a mixture of age groups, all down to earth friendly people, and short taxi ride to Alanya for the nightlife.
It has a reasonable size private beach, with bar and facilities, accessible via a bridge and foot tunnel. My favourite spot was the outdoor pool and bar area which also serves food. There is a water slide in the pool.
There is an excellent spa with sauna, indoor pool and hamam (Turkish bath). They are free to use, but you have to pay for Turkish baths and massages. I recommend trying a Turkish bath and massage package at a very reasonable price and are really good, last 1.5 hours with friendly and professional staff. They cater for men and women.
The food in the buffet restaurant has plenty of options, whilst it is usually similar every day this is not a bad thing as the selection is wide and plentiful. There are also lots of dessert options.
You can also book a table for the a la carte restaurant which you have to pay for.
The staff were generally friendly, although the late night concierge and staff were a little rude. The staff during the day were great in general.
There was also an animation team who are very friendly and organise disco tours into Alanya at night. The music at the pool during the day could be repetitive at times but not a big deal.
Overall I would say if you are looking for a place to relax and have a pool/ beach holiday, this is good value for money with guests and families of all age groups.response / report this review -

OMG Diamond Hill Resort Hotel is the best hotel I have ever been to I've been to so many 5 star hotels but this hotel is different. The hotel is clean the room services are amazing the people who work here are friendly good entertainment everything is amazing. 😄👏🏻
