If I could,I would give this hotel 0 Star! (ZERO) and is still a lot for this hotel. First of all, this hotel has the worst reception and they don't know any English, also they are rude and forget our requests. They didn't give me enough information about breakfast, tourism. The room are clean but the beds are really uncomfortable. I found an insect in the bathroom. Also the receptionists are really unpolite people and don't gie enought information or have anything to help tourist. I have been traveling around the word but this is the worst experience that I have ever had. DO YOU WANT WAST YOUR MONEY AND GET ESTRESS? GO TO DEDEMAN HOTEL! The ZERO RATE HOTEL! I also have more bad experience with this hotel but I don't want wast my time.

The worst hotel that I have ever been in my life. I made a reservation in this hotel in Hotwire Website, first of all They describe what the hotel has and the pictures seems perfect but I regret about booked a room in this hotel; the website shows a lot of options and different prices but doesn't specify why those prices and what comes with. that way, I red some costumer's reviews and some of than agree with the same point as me and said that the breakfast was good. Definitely the breakfast was the best thing of the hotel until I finished and they come to charge me $35 dollar daily and they told me that the rates change and depends of how full is the hotel; I couldn't believe that, once they didn't give me enough information in my check-in and in the website. I had brought some people with me and they couldn't believe that I choose a hotel that the only good thing that worth the price is the breakfast and they couldn't have. as a costumer and a experienced traveled person that was my first time that I faced that; in addition The worst customer service at reception desk,I ever experienced, around the world. The electronic keys always were inactive. Also I booked for three people and they gave us a room with one bed only and everything was just for 2 people(towels, Shampoo); In addition,The beds are uncomfortable but the bedrooms are clean. the Internet it's the worst internet of what supposed to be four-star hotel. definitely If could I would gie no star for this Hotel!
