Good location, but a little bit noisy if you open the window. Breakfast is great and diverse. Comfortable and spacious room. Air condition of room not so good!

We had two rooms at ninth floor, it was warm and air-conditioning at both rooms wasn't cooling and we had to open the only window and noises from the highway would wake up us early in the morning. I mentioned this issue five times to reception every two hour and nothing happened. Also the card key at the room had circuit breaking issue and I fixed it by myself.

I’ve stayed in this hotel for 3 nights at the beginning ofJune, 2017. First impression was really nice, my room was quite clean and I really enjoyed hotel’s spa zone. Great disappointment happened just few hours before the checkout - naive I packed my suitcase and handbag and thought that nothing wrong will happen, if I don’t hide my belongings and go for fast breakfast. But! I pushed the button ‘Do not disturb’ before I left the room. Unfortunately, it didn’t prevent someone from the staff walk into my room and touch my things. If you go to this hotel, be careful - super religious maids (who look so nice and modest) steal as well as any other - cleaning lady ‘checked out’ my handbag and has stolen 100$ (she left other 2 banknotes though - should I be grateful?!). Once I discovered I’ve been robbed, I called the security stuffnice manager lady was looking into my eyes and saying ‘The lady who cleaning your room works with us many years and she can’t steal’. Seriously, Dedeman people?! If only I wasn’t in a rush and wouldn’t have to leave to the airport soon, I would definitely call the police! Oh, and by the way, most of the staff there doesn’t speak English, very few people. Just in case. Istanbul is full of nice hotelsdon’t know why did I decide to try something newnever in my life I had such a disrespectful attitude as in Dedeman Bostanci. Huge minus to this hotel’s karma

Very convenient place in Anatolia side of Istanbul, great breakfast, clean rooms with lovely islands and sea view, hospitality of staff is also excellent

First of all the welcoming was amazing. Also the reception staff was very kind. Especially the front office manager helped me about repairing my car. Thanl you very much Dedeman! I will surely be back for this great hospitality.

This hotel was good
They had a fitness centre and indoor swimming pool. There was also a Turkish bath and Sauna present.
The location was 50/50 as there was no good shopping location nearby. There was a small shop down the street which the locals called MARKET. We thought ooooo.
There was an on-site restaurant. The breakfast was fine. The room service was also good.
The meeting area & lobby was also good looking.
At night we need to go by taxi to find a different place to eat.
As a hotel, this is recommended if you have tight schedules of stay in Istanbul.response / report this review -

Rooms are nice. Area seems really industrial, not geared to tourists but there's a metro close by.
Staff is almost completely incompetent. It took me four requests over three nights to get a spare blanket while a crib randomly showed up in my room for no reason. I requested a larger taxi at night and they said that was fine, the next morning the same guy told me I would have to take two cabs to make it to the airport because they absolutely can't call for an SUV.response / report this review -

Hotel is very nice and clean
Price is affordable and right
Service is very good and hotel staff are very friendly and helpful
