Room clean with nice Turkish bath spa service and also hot swimming pool

It is not a five star hotel, 3 star at best. Awfull restaurant and breakfast (and you have to pay extra to drink fresh orange juice) , bad wifi, almost anyone speaks English, no complementary water on room, no shampoo or bath gel

The hotel is decent. It will soon need more serious repairs. The indoor pool has 20 degrees of water temperature. The food is delicious and arranged aesthetically.

All around the reception is smelting from the restaurant. The pool should be closed!!!! There is no ventilation system, mould is everywhere and they use too much chemicals to filter the water.
The location is too far away from main attraction in Cappadocia!

Was great, loved the food, the staff were nice and kind and some of them knew perfect English, overall this was a nice experience and I would find it pleasant and joyful to come across Crystal Hotel Also I loved the spa because of the healing texture on the water and the tiles around the pool; definitely bring you family here for summer break I appreciate crystal hotel for giving me such a pleasing experience

Clean hotel. Food is ok. No shampoo, toothbrush, etc supply in room. Please bring them yourselves. You can choose Turkish spa here.

Great hotel, very comfy, good location, nice food, internet, enjoyed my stay. Shower and bath, whichever you desire. Staff is helpful. Rested well in this hotel.
