AVOID this hotel at any cost. WARNING! Disappointing hotel stay, beyond imagination, so many problems. The summary is that the normal rooms are too small and stinky, with very poor bathroom conditions. Even the great view is not gonna compensate for the stinky tiny rooms! The suites are better, but because of the poor management, I'd NEVER book there again, with the same money for the suite, one can get a really better hotel.
The spa is catastrophic. There is no changing cabin, no lotion, no slipper, no bathrobe, no chair or bed for relaxing after sauna, and such a tiny space that is most stressful rather than a relaxing experience as soon as 2 person are in there. treatment costs are as high as Armani Spa or many other fantastic spas in the world. So it's a waste of money and time, in my opinion.
Sadly, the hard product of the hotel is so old and poorly maintained that it can't be compensated by 1 or 2 great people among the staff.
Additionally, note that the executive lounge is not on a high floor and has a basic view. Usually executive lounges are on top floor with some nice views.
To top it all, the management can't take a bad review or any negative feedback. Instead of once going to the spa and seeing what the situation is, they kept harassing me to cencor my review. I had a really bad stressful experience there. Every day, every moment I was in the lounge, I was disturbed. To the point that I had to avoid the venue or play hide n seek. There is a fine line between caring and pushy! That line was definitely crossed to a very uncomfortable point. NEVER EVER AGAIN STAYING AT this CONRAD.response / report this review -

Just wow!!! I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is beautiful. The reception and service was phenomenal. You are treated like royalty here. Views from the Manzara restaurant is so beautiful. The room that I had overlooked the city and was just such a treat to go to sleep and wake up to it as the rooms has massive windows with uninterrupted views.

The hotel is situated at the top of a hill. There are some restaurant and pubs in the area and close to public transportation. There is a bit of a walk to get to the water where the plaza, ferry terminals and restaurants/cafes are. So if you do not mind a short uphill/downhill walk, this hotel is good. The view is amazing from our room. The hotel is clean and the staff are great but it does need a bit of updating. It is a bit dated. They have a nice gym, pool and sauna. I am only giving it a 4 because the hotel needs some renovation but I would not mind staying here again.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous! Perfectly located and so beautiful. We had a King Deluxe room; it was well appointed with a Nescafé machine. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom had a wet room with rain shower and waterfall feature. Try the bar/deck in the 24th floor. Breathtaking views and a great food menu at reasonable prices! The only downside was that I stayed just one night!

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS HOTEL. The service was impeccable, seriously I did not have one complaint about the service. The hotel itself is gorgeous and super clean. The valet guys were amazing, the front desk, servers, and just everyone were fantastic. I really wish I could remember the names of all the individuals we encountered but unfortunately, I cannot.
We also ate at the terrace restaurant and it was simply amazing and the views were just gorgeous. Honestly, you could spend your entire day just in the hotel and be satisfied with your trip. I just want to thank the management and the whole staff for such an amazing experience here. Next time I am in Istanbul I know where to stay!response / report this review -

One of the best view hotel of Istanbul,new renovation of interiors,but not enough facilities for breakfast in terms of open buffet and sitting area,extended areas must have the same variety of foods,because every body should have same facility and service if the enterprise is five star hotel,this is a must

The hotel has amazing views over the Bosphorus, comfortable beds and really good food. The breakfast was full of variety and eat item was excellent quality. For example they had 4 types of honey, fresh pastries, yoghurt, omelette which the chef cooks for you etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood of the hotel is lively, and there is a very nice park nearby (Yildiz). The spa has good facilities. The indoor pool is a little small however.

Conrad Hotel Bosporus is one of the best Hotel in Istanbul. The place is very well located. Stunning view of the Bosporus from the Hotel. The staff is very professional and same time very kind. Excellent breakfast and quality hotel rooms. Excellent line and bed for deep sleep. A much recommended hotel.

Good location. Bosphorus is very close from the hotel. Buffet breakfast is good. But I think some local food should be added. Rooms are nice.

Excellent view from the dining room, nice clean rooms with huge window. Breakfast is good.
Only 2 stars, because we've been told that the breakfast is included, but we did not find anything to drink. Asked the waitress, who asked the manager how to proceed. She came back with the following: drink is extra. So they come up with ridiculously expensive drinks. :(
Also the check-in is extremely slow, we was standing in the line from 4 AM to 7AM! That's right, 3 hours in the middle of the night. In ther defense, there were roughly 20 people in front of us, but this is sill unreasonable.response / report this review -

Good location which is very close to the famous bridge and the Black sea. The staff were very attaintive and warm. The breakfast buffet was soooo good and served in the nice restaurant in that hotel with a very good view. The room was big and cozy. But it did not provide toothbrush and paste.

Conrad Istanbul does not offer five star luxury to its customers. They're situated in a country where 99% of its citizens are Muslim, yet they fail to provide a small ablution area amongst its many toilets/bathrooms. I've personslly witnessed many customers complaining about this. Some half of your international customers also come from Muslim countries which makes any argument against this totally controversial.

The first 5 starred hotel I've experienced in Turkey. The service is totally outstanding. It's better than Saudi Arabian 5 starred hotel I guess.

This place exceeded my expectations. I have never experienced such hospitality and eagerness by staff to cater to any/all of our needs. They were polite, friendly, respectful, accommodating and above all else helpful. This is a hotel that excels in customer service and could teach some other countries a thing or two about about what customer service looks like. I would earnestly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Istanbul.

This is one of my favorite hotels in all of Europe. The hotel is modern and very well kept up. US Presidents usually stay here and on this trip the President of Cyprus was staying here. That should tell you something. The area around the hotel is very safe and it's a less than a 5 min walk to the Bosphorus. The service is top notch from the moment you check in to the way your room is cleaned. They made me feel welcomed and special. I highly recommend this Hotel
