Nice pools, terrible food

Nice place although very very expensive but deserves it.
Clean rooms and apartments.
Spacious pool. A Pool for children and another one for babies. All three pools have wonderful water slides.
Food is average but tasty and clean.
The beach is clean and well served. Nice staff but refuse to speak any other languages but Turkish. Pools and floors are cleaned frequently and regularlyresponse / report this review -

For a 3-stars hotel, Casmin hotel is almost what you expect.
Pros: the pool and the slides are great. If you're just there to swim, then you're gonna have a blast. The sea is also not bad. It can use some more care and cleaning and some services as well.
Cons: the hotel rooms are a bit old and the bathroom isn't that clean. I expected a cleaner rooms but it's not as bad as I've read through the reviews. Now the big con is the food! If you stay in the hotel you get a free breakfast and a free dinner (both open buffet, or so you think). At dinner, they gave me a very small chicken roll (that's almost 5 cm tall) and 4 cubes of meet with eggplants. They weren't even that good. But you can eat as much appetizers as you want (but still no one wants to get full on appetizers). They should really be A LOT MORE generous food-wise. Or just cancel the dinner and make a night fee cheaper. Breakfast wasn't that great either, not so many choices.
But I had a lot of fun despite the food problem.response / report this review -

Tek kelimeyle re-za-let!
Mecbur kalırsanız bile kalmayın sokakta, plajda yatsanız daha iyi, daha temiz. Havluları pis, sifonları bozuk, tv çalışmıyor bi de tüm bunların yanında çalışanları pişkin. sabah kahvaltıda mısır gevreği için kase istediğinizde 'kase bitti, bardağa koy' cevabıyla güne başlayabilirsiniz mesela bu casmin'de sıradan bir gün örneğidir. havuza çıkarken tuvaletlerin orada berbat bir kokuyu solumak da normaldir keza. bütün bu rezillik için sizi kazıklamaları da cabası. 1 km yakınından geçmeyin.response / report this review -

Hayatimin en berbat iki günüydü tatil bile diyemiyorum klimalar bozuk temizlik sıfır ayrıca guvenlik hiç yok balkondan gecilen tek otel orasi sanirim bir gece klimasizliktan bir gecede korkudan uyuyamadik sabahina kactik. Survivor bundan daha guvenlikli daha karin doyurucu bir yerdir eminim

Odalar cok küçük ve herşey eski, dolaplar ağır kokuyor. Hizmet sıfır, belki sıfırın altında demeliyim. Kahvalti cok kötü, oda temizligi (3.günde olmamıza ve talep etmemize rağmen) bir kere bile yapilmadi. Odaya temiz havlu istedik, 4.aramamizda ilgisiz bir personel getirdi. Sifon bozuluyor. Her yer kirli. Havuzlara dışarıdan onlarca kisi aliyorlar ve haftasonu hariç damsiz da alıyorlar, siz de ailenizle rezil oluyorsunuz. BERBAT.
