I stayed 2 weeks
-extremely bad internet connection
-the flush was broken in the toilet
-safe box was broken
-most of the tv channels did not have sound
-there are dogs around the hotel which are constantly barking, not letting you sleep
-they take the whole money when you are checking in, so you can not take you money back
-complaining does not help, they say there are no other rooms available.

Nice room view👍🏻
Good food quality
But the Towel was "Dirty".
I request new towels and even the new towels comes dirty with Hair . 🤢

Would have given it a 4 star but the airconditioning is shut off in wintertime and I could get the room cooler than 27.5 C.

We have an education here but today there was a car parking stuff who was smoking nin stop at the same time talking with me abiut where should i park. And he showed me a place where there was water coming over my car. It was a very very terrible customer service for me

Waiting for more than an hour and a half in the hotel lobby (it's past 3:40 P.M., and check-in should be from 2P.M.). They didn't even bothered offering us refreshments or anything before we asked for water. The flight from Sarajevo was shorter than the time spent in the hotel lobby. Not to mention that we have a two-year-old in our group, who is sleepy and tired after the trip (flight + one hour bus drive from the airport)! For a hotel that's supposed to have 5*, 0* guest experience. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone, will definitely never come here again! Writing the review from the lobby since we still haven't seen our rooms!

Decent room decent customer services a pure trash Internet connection can''t last 2 minutes without getting disconnected pool is dirty food is overpriced x5 times inside this hotel is more like an 2 or 3 starts one at the most not to mention the cheap feeling decoration everything looks like if its going to break at any moment

Ladies and gentlemen,
please avoid staying here. I did the same mistake as the first time when I decided to stay here again.
No service, personal is amateurishly and unfriendly. Breakfast is very bad (even no tee after 09:30) Nobody is ready to help you here I am sitting and waiting taxi (which I had to organize by mysef) and see the dirty coffee cup on the table at the lobby staying here since early morning
When I tried to express my emotions to the reception manager (Sevgenc), I could see only "It's your problem" on his face
The speed of internet is very bad..
