Good company, except for the cargo problem, the price is suitable, but not suitable for the end user

The hard disk of the product we bought is 2014 production and warranty 2 years, there is no label on the cameras, I will update the comment about the return.

Their products are not perfect, of course, but even if you have a problem with the products you buy, your problem is solved if you communicate. The most important part for me is that your calls or requests are ignored during a problem. I have not experienced such a thing in this business for 3 years and therefore my product needs are my first choice.
