  It's very modern. It's in the center of the city. The staff are ready for any inquiries you might have. It's not a 5 because the Internet in the rooms is bad quality, and I wish there were more staff who can speak English.

  Pick any other hotel. Yes staff is friendly but even they seem to be ashamed of the general condition of the hotel. So, really, pick another hotel. Cannot be worse than Büyük Antakya

  I like this hotel which was very nice and friendly staffroom was clean also restaurant was very good.the people of Antakya were very nice and friendly.I wish to come back again.
