A great location but needs to improve more services

The place itself was great. We had a really great guy help us with our luggage . He ensured the room was comfortable. The room was neat and the beds were comfortable . Hot Water supply is limited in the shower. We received a kettle upon request. The breakfast was limited. There is a mini hammam in the hotel. There is also a restaurant / café attached. Room service is tastey ! I recommend the steak . The hotel staff entertained my child during breakfast , helped translate to speak to our tour guides and assisted us in making bookings. Location is also good . It’s in old turkey and it’s located very near the grand bazaar as well as the sulamaniye hammami and university district. If you walk in a different direction you will easily find the spice bazaar too.
