  This is the contribution of a peron from inside this place. It carries so many opportunities due to the location and yet it could have been much better. It has one of the lowest monthly maintenance fees among many other residential places of this type and yet it doesn’t cover many of the technical chores you would need when you freshly move in. Although it has a decent security level and each person is scrutinized before letting in. You hear the soothing traffic sound when you go to sleep with a window half the way open which lots of people would love. Still, I expected more for the half a grand in Turkey.

  I bet it’s the best complex in Esenyurt regarding the services and security in general.
  
  Ads:
  ~ The garden honestly is beautiful and it has numerous seating.
  ~ Half Olympic swimming pool, so nice.
  ~ Enough and very fast lifts.
  ~ Surrounded with almost everything you need.
  ~ Friendly security guards and management staff.
  ~ Amazing view.
  ~ They do care about cleaning and gardening.
  
  Dis:
  _ Some of the staff should speak some English since more than half of the residents are foreigners.
  _ Sort of expensive.
  _ The Gym could’ve been bigger.
  _ The way they calculate water and heating consumption doesn't make sense.

  Nice place .the premium restaurant and cafe is so nice and the staff so friendly they have food and coffee with high quality.
