Having realized many successful projects to increase the level of welfare and well-being of the people living in Istanbul as per its approach to social municipalism, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) opened Social Facilities for public use in 1994. IMM Social Facilities, which addressed just a certain section of the community until 1994 despite being located in places with the best views of Istanbul and being close to nature and the sea, have now become peaceful and delightful places attracting people to spend a beautiful day as a family with their renovated facilities, high quality, and approaches to affordable service. As of 2015, 16 Social Facilities in total continue to provide service to the public. All kinds of food in the Social Facilities, in which a premium selection of Turkish cuisine is offered along with an extraordinary view of Istanbul, are supplied by the IMM Logistics Support Center, which has its service quality approved by Turkish Standards Institution (TSE) and has obtained the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 22000 Food Safety System Certificate.

Meals are better than average. Place is peaceful, very kind staff. Bosphorus sight is magical. Prices are cheap for that place. Drink fish soup!

A very place on the Bosphorus shore that has both a restaurant and cafe. In cafe you can have wuick bites with a fair price with a magnificent view of bosphorus. In the restaurants you can have breakfast and grilled and well cooked food with a fair price. There isn't any alcholic drinks here. Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality runs the business.

Not crowded in the morning for now - unlike most of IBB facilities. A restaurant and a self-service garden, both accept customers. Located by the sea, therefore you can walk for a little after the breakfast. Very nice staff, cool view, would recommend for breakfast, definitely. Can't say much about dining since I've been there only in the morning.

This place is next to the marmara sea and the view of bosphorus is great. Also their menu and food is great. Not only ottoman kitchen but also fusion dishes are waiting foe u there

İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi Sosyal tesisleri, BELTUR adlı İBB iştirak şirketi tarafından taşeron sistemiyle işletiliyor. özellikle manzarası, tesisin alkolsüz olması, mescid ve otopark olması nedeniyle tercih ediliyor. Ahbap, dost muhabbetleriyle aileler çoluk-çocuk bir arada ziyafet keyfi yaşıyor. Izgaralar ve et yemekleri gurme damak tadında değil. Konum itibariyle Boğaz manzaralı ama yemekler esnaf lokantası fiyatında.

This is a beatiful place for many reasons. It is located by the sea and has gorgeous wiev. Ambiance is great. Prices are cheap. Service is good but needs some improvements.
