  Rearranged retail shops and cafes on road side brought life to old dull looks however it creates bottleneck on the main access road.

  Arcadium is located at the center of Kizilay. A one stop shop for shopping and dining. There is also a place for kids to play.

  Arcadium mall is a smallish but functional mall. It has good, somewhat trendy cafés and restaurants, quality stores and a nice environment. However there is only one public restroom, it is getting harder to find a parking bays, and the foodcourt has limited seating capacity.
