Beautiful historical bazar (market). Entrance door is adjacent to blue mosque, while walking to Hagia sophia, you can go though and have some shopping too.

Turkish people are very polite and nice,they are rich in hospitality,their fashion sense is so attractive that we can observe it in common people.shopping is very cheap and best quality products are easily affordable,to me if someone wants to experience best and safe environment and at the same time wants to do shopping he/she should go to turkey.

A tidy market street in the heart of Sultanahmet’s district. This small bazaar was built in the 17th century, and the rental revenues from its vendors were meant to finance the Blue Mosque. It has a wooden-facade shops filled with carpets, jewelry, souvenirs, ceramics, etc.

An absolute recommend if you’re visiting Istanbul, delicious foods and spices and really cheap plus good quality goods. Just don’t forget to visit the bigger bazaar which is the grand bazaar. But if you’re looking for a more calmer place, this bazaar is the place for you.

Smaller, nicer and much easier to navigate than the grand bazaar. Lots of beautiful handicrafts and a nice atmosphere.

A small bazaar just in front of the Blue Mosque. You can find many staff that you can find in Grand bazaar. There is a Mosaic museum inside.

It is a good place for a nice walk. With good shops and unique gifts. There are a variety of products sold there "rugs, carpets, lokum, sweets and masbiha". The prices are good. Make sure you bargain the price.

The Arasta is an infinitely better place to shop than the Grand Bazaar. The prices are significantly lower, the hassle you'll experience is an order of magnitude lower and finally it's easy to find pieces of art and handicraft of quite excellent quality. There's a good proportion of tat too of course, but that's a universal state of affairs.

It's a quite small bazaar but you find everything you find in the other bazaars and the shop owners are not aggressive so you can shop in peace.
