5 stars is not best fit do describe this hotel it probably was 5 stars some time ago, unfortunately bathrooms, carpets, and appliance requires refreshment, in addition rooms smells quite bad since people smoke inside even if this is not allowed. Air condition system was set only to heating

Bad location, outdated hotel needs renovation. However prices are good with free breakfast, parking is not a problem good for stopovers.

Şehir merkezinde, uygun fiyata konaklama için ideal bir yer. Kahvaltıda çeşit çok (filtre kahve olması ayrıca hoş). Bar kısmı çok şık ve nezih. Görevliler ilgili ve saygılı.

The place was 50/50
Location was far away from city centre & Espark. There was a small nearby that had Carrefour in it but the variety was not there
Rooms were congested and noisy. I could easily hear what was going in the side rooms and opposite rooms :)
Breakfast was basic
There was a small fitness centre and indoor as well as outdoor swimming pool
A hot bath tub was present in the middle of the relaxation area, disgusting. No privacy
The Sauna & Steam bath were also present there
The lobby had a bar and several paintings
Calling a taxi was very easy, just go to the bottom of the road, press the Taxi button, and within two minutes taxi would arriveresponse / report this review -

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff, I booked the suite which was enough to sleep 3 children and two adult's. My only complaints would be the air con systems were very poor in the room and swimming pool was extremely cold for August. The hotel is located opposite a shopping mall and about a 3-4 minute walk from the tram stop, there is also a taxi rank right outside the hotel. Breakfast was very good with a large variety of Turkish and continental servings.

Aynı yemekler 3 gün ısıtılıp önümüze geldi. Yemek çeşiti çok az. İster inanın ister inanmayın bazı öğünler sadece salata yemek zorunda kaldık. Ayrıca tek asansör çalışıyor diğeri sürekli arızalı durumda. Şampuan kutusuna vücut losyonu koyuyorlar. Mobilyalar eski ve bakımsız.

Yemekler aşırı derecede kalitesiz. Diğer şubeleri ile uzaktan yakından alakası yok. Tavuk şnitzel 1 gün aradan sonra ısıtılıp tekrar sunuldu, yine yenmeyince doğranıp salatanın üstüne eklenmiş. Yemekler lezzetsiz.Et yemekleri ısıtılıp ısıtılıp önümüze konuyor. Kahvaltıda 3 günlük poğaça var, taşlaşmış. Hayatta gitmem birdaha. Odalar bakımsız. Durup dururken oda giriş kartlarını iptal ettiler buda bonus oldu
