We have one week holiday in which 4 days we don't have hot water. One week ago friends from this hotel said that they haven't got any water: no cold and no hot water.

Brilliant hotel, friendly staff & a 2 min walk from the beach. We paid for a standard room and for what we got can't go wrong.

We are here all week at the apart hotel anahtar in alanya. What a great hotel nice staff who go out of there way to make you feel like a friend not a guest, great food if you eat at the hotel the chef is top rate ask he will do if he can everyone at the hotel are really nice cannot thank them enough for a great holiday. The shops and restaurants are not pushy and leave you alone beech is great. Ignore the troubles in the country we feel so safe I did have my doubts but walking around here you feel safe not to many police but enough so the don't stand out. Come and enjoy you will be welcomed with open arms

the rooms are clean but the sheets are sometimes old. services are good for a hotel apt,only one room has air condition in 2 rooms apartment
