2021 şubat ayında Albert Genau marka cam balkon taktırdık. Her yağmurda balkonumu su basmaktadır. Taktırdığım firma Penlife Katlanır Cam Sistemleri yoğun yağmurlarda bu durumun olabileceğini söyledi geldiler silikon çektiler. Fakat dün yine balkonumu su bastı. Sitemde 245 daire olup bir tek benim cam balkonum albert ve bu sorun sadece benim dairemde var var. Firmaya göre sadece benim cam balkonuma sanki yağmur yağmakta. Diğer cam balkonlarda 1 damla dahi su sızıntısı olmazken benim balkonum suyla doluyor. Eşyalarım zarar gördü. Komşularım daha çok para verip bu markayı tercih ettiğim gülüyorlar. Yasal olarak hakkımı arayacağımı bildirirken sorunun düzeltilmesini talep ediyorum. Ayrıca firmaya diyorum gelin diğer cam balkonları kontrol edin bir Damla Su var mı yok mu anlaması çok zor değil ama maalesef anlatamıyoruz. Edit 3 ay geçti albertin bayisi penlife genel merkezin raporunda eksik olan bir dünya madde görmezden gelip 1-2 noktaya silikon çekti sonuç: aynı değişen bir şey yok. Genel merkeze yine bildirdim 3 hafta oldu biz döneceğiz diyorlar bugun en son ben aradım bakalım gelecekler mi? 2021 şubat ayından beri bir cam balkonla uğraşıyoruz.

I have used its products in different projects, very successful. In Turkey, the name and surname of the glass balcony is this brand, I only pass it 👌

We moved into the brand new house we bought 4 months ago. You know, cold air was blowing through the folding window that ALBERT GENAU installed in the kitchen in winter. We called the dealer 4-5 times and he came and looked. He stated that nothing could be done and left. I emailed the head office twice. They didn't even answer. Neither work nor money is given to such a company. A company that does not stand behind the goods they wear.

Although it is expensive compared to the market, we preferred this brand and had it done. But I am very disappointed because they do not stand behind their product. I had a double-glazed balcony glazing done while it was said that the double glazing has a 10-year warranty. Now it's been 4 years, the glass has started to fog up. When we call, they say that the warranty is up and they will do it for a fee. They only become a brand until they sell it, after that it's a disgrace.
