  I found this place through My friend mr. Semih I came and met Owner Mr. Selami Abi to understand more about the facility ,Owner is very polite and supportive he did the best according to the requirement. Aktuel have different buildings has 3-4 apartments each apartments has 1-4 rooms which suitable for 1,2,34, persone sharing rooms with complete kitchen, washroom with hot water, high speed internet, power supply with good fittings, Good air flowing room with good cot and mattress ,wardrobe ,writing table chair,bedside table ,refrigerator . Since the apartment situated in the heart of the city its very easy to access to all our needs. Daily cleaning and upkeep is another highlight of this place Aktuel service associates maintaining & cleaning their apartment daily basis, kitchen has all facility to cook , we can buy whatever stuffs and cook our foods as we like ,safety and security systems are good as hotel standard I strongly recommend to all who s=wish to stay in kutahya for short or Long time do choose this wonderful place if you like to stay more time Mr selami Abi The owner of the place do the best deal .

  Son yılımdayım ama keşke daha önce keşfetmiş olsaydım dediğim, uygun fiyatı ve sundukları temiz, rahat imkanlarla Kütahya'daki belki de tek yer, eve çıkma hevesini almış artık kafamı dinleyeyim hesabımı bileyim diyen arkadaşlara önerimdir

  4 yıldır burada kalmaktayım. Temizlik, bulaşık, çamaşır konularında, her türlü tamirat gerektiren işlerde, yıllık temizlik, onarım gerektiren konularda güler yüzlü bir yaklaşım bulunmakta ve ertelemeden hiç bir şekilde mağduriyet söz konusu olmamaktadır. Bulunduğu konum açısından merkeze(Laleli'ye) ve ulaşım açısından 7 numaralı hattın kalkış durağına(eski otogar önü) yakındır.

  odaları ve ocak durumları çok kötü aldığı ücreti hak etmeyen kurum bile sayılmaz gördüğünüzde yorum sizin yorumunuz için sizi arayıp yüz yüze görüşelim diyen ve bir gece kaldığınızda tozlu yataklarında 50 TL ücret alıp sanki normalmiş gibi doğru olanı yapıyormuş gibi yüzünüze bakabilen bir kurum gideceğiniz zaman iki kere düşünün
