The shop here is alright but they don’t have lots of shops. But they have a huge slide for kid and it is awesome!

Perhaps one of the first shopping malls in Istanbul. They're still taking good care of this place and being located in such a central location with luxurious neighborhoods around it's a good destination for locals and various business folks to lunch and dine. I wouldn't call it a tourist attraction but it's damn convenient for shopping and eating if you're passing by.

One of the oldest mall in Istanbul, it has changed its face and became powerful rival for others. Placed in city center, have a great floor plan and great stores. It has Wepublic in which you can find various brands from abroad.

Improved a lot, recently. They've been trying to compete with the bigger/newer malls, and I think they're finally at that point. Great cinema, good selection of shops, and a very solid food court. Also, they have a slide that spans 3 floors where one of the stairwells used to be. But it's still another damn mall, so the best I'll give it is 4 stars.

Stop building shopping malls, people, for the love of all that is holy.

The mall is nice, restaurants are sad thoughonly Starbucks and Midpoint are okay. Parking lot is plentiful, but really for small cars. A lot of traffic around this mall!

It was very comfortable going down to the mall when we lived at Akmerkez building of apartments right above. Yet it is a small one compared e.g. with Özdilek, there are popular Turkish brand shops missing, the food court not very attractive, and the prices at the fancy supermarket were ridiculously expensive.

Too old to rack and roll but too young to die. Akmerkez shopping mall is still one of the best shopping destinations to shop in a compact environment. Best for a pragmatic shopping act. Has a few chic (I doubt) cafés at the ground floor, a fine food court on 3rd and a terrace on top.

If you are looking for a nice small quite shopping mall then you should go there, they don't have a lot of stores but great collection. Food court is really nice and clean too with a variety of cuisines, fine dinning and fast food.

Quiet, and fun shopping mall with everything for everyone. Wepublic (Beyman) department store has a very nice open display setup all throughout the mall. One of our must go destinations in Istanbul. There are many good restaurants around at Etiler street.

One of the oldest malls in town. Still a good attraction for shoppers. Being in city center is a plus.

It's a very old shopping mall. It was fun to go there when I was child and now it is renewed. The cinema is one of the best cinema I've ever seen!

A triangle building with tons of stores inside. It was built in 80s with one of its partners being the famous Sabance. Even it is maintaining its friendly customer service and not too expensive prices, it is fading as time passes.

It is one of the oldest shopping malls which has recently been renovated in and out. When I visited Akmerkez after many years last month, I noticed that it has become really attractive. There is a huge slide upstairs which gives children older than 7 and adults a chance to have a great time beside shopping and dining.
