Car rental was from 11th till 22th of October 2019 . Excellent service!! Arrival was late in the evening. Workers tracked the time of arrival and met at the airport in the parking lot. Filed out all the documents on the spot. Insurance, contract. Quick and easy. Payment on the spot. No debit. No cost per mileage.
Car - FİAT EGEA EASY, diesel, air conditioning, + child toodler seat for 1 year old child. The car is clean, well-groomed, without signs of a smell of smoking. During usage there was no noticed a single breakdown.
The return of the car was occurred at the airport. I made a mistake at the departure terminal, the workers helped and took my luggage to the correct terminal. The return of the car also occurred without any remarks.
I RECOMMEND strongly. The best rental I've ever tried.
Аренда авто была с 11 по 22 октября 2019. Превосходный сервис! Прилет был поздним вечером. Работники проследили время прилета и встретили в аэропорту на стоянке. Оформили все документы на месте. Страховка, договор. Быстро и просто. Оплата на месте. Без дебита. Без стоимости за пробег.
Автомобиль - FİAT EGEA EASY, дизель, кондиционер, + детское сиденье для ребенка 1 год. Машина чистая, ухоженная, без признаков запаха курения. За все время езды нет ни одной поломки. Ехала превосходно.
Возврат автомобиля происходил в аэропорту. Я ошибся терминалом вылета , работники помогли и довезли багаж до правильного терминала. Возврат автомобиля произошел тоже без замечаний.
РЕКОМЕНДУЮ настоятельно! Лучшая аренда из всех что пробовал.response / report this review -

Отличный прокат, машины на любой вкус и кошелёк. Удобно, чтт мне по моей просьбе пригнали машину в аэропорт и забрали там же, но самое приятное чтт после того как я отдал машину в аэропорту, понял что оставил в ней очки, связался с ними и мне их привезли до самолёта, это прям приятно было спасибо Вам) плюсом оказалось не так дорого как я думал, 120 лир (1000 руб) в сутки плюс 40 литров дизеля (3000 руб) на 800 км. И ты не ограничиваешь себя в передвижениях, и можно открыть для себя новые места и пляжи, в следующий раз обязательно буду брать машину и обязательно у этих ребят

Shocking company.
They sell you the rental in English but they don't speak a word of English.
The rental was one hour later than what I booked.
The car was smelly (cigarette smoke), dirty and generally in poor condition.
The car broke down and was undriveable 4 days into the 7 day hire. When I communicated with Akdeniz Rent A Car to explain the problem, they told me "it's not a problem, it's a small engine 1.3 L and it's normal for it not to go fast".
After hours of stressful communication back and forth and Instead of providing me with a replacement vehicle, they sent out a mechanic, who took the car away and promised to bring it back in an hour.
What actually happened was, I called them an hour and a half later and they said the engineer cannot fix the problem and they will refund me the remaining 3 days.
Now that's not too much of an issue, if I wasn't 130 miles away in another city.
Luckily, public transport in Turkey is great, and I was able to take a bus from Fethiye to Antalya.
TL:DR,
Awful company, advertise in English but do not speak any English. Poor time keeping, poor vehicle quality and generally poor treatment of their customer.response / report this review -

Все понравилось. Взяли авто первый раз на 3 дня, проблем никаких не возникло. Будем и на будущее обращаться к ним.
