I'll start from the beginning, booked a car with delivery for 4 days, the guys wrote that they could bring it a day earlier if it was convenient for me, while the cost would be the same, I of course agreed. The car was brought with a mileage of 12 thousand km, everything was ideally washed from the salon, the contract was drawn up in 5 minutes on the spot, paid by card, no collateral was needed, the car is in a very cool condition, we were very pleased.
The car was supposed to be handed over at 7 pm, but at 6 a message came that we would not be in a hurry, they would arrive by 9-10 pm, but if this does not suit us, they offered to leave the keys at the reception, which is already very nice and cool! Also, when I handed over the car, I asked if it needed to be washed, to which I received an answer, no, we do not necessarily have a dry cleaning planned for the next day, but I still wanted to give the car clean and washed it.

I recommend this car rental service. There is a large selection of cars, automatic and mechanics. The car is delivered according to the agreed time. The service representative speaks Russian. All documents are drawn up on the spot. It took half an hour to order and then checkout. We took a Renault symbol on the machine. The car is in good condition, economical, there were no problems.
It is possible to rent a child seat, a Wi-Fi router, which is convenient on the road.
We thought to extend the lease for a couple of hours - we were allowed to delay the delivery of the car by two hours for free.
At the prices, it turned out cheaper than taking a car at the hotel, and there is no mileage limit.
