If you are looking for a nice place to have cocktails or have a romantic dinner, this could be the right spot. If you are looking for being impressed by local flavours, you should consider going somewhere else. We had a nice dinner, food OK, wine OK too even if slightly overpriced but nothing really impressive.

Also it's over rated.
Before you went there call to ensure that they are opening, because they change their time up on season.

I came here once before. Average overpriced food but a good view and well presented so I thought I'd return here with my wife. I called to ask for an 8.45 reservation, he said 'no, reservations end at 8.30'. 'But it's Ramadan and Iftar isn't until 8.45? I'm fasting can't I just come on time instead of waiting' I said'No' he replies again.
Disgusting. I have never seen such blatent prejudice from a restaurant in any of the 40+ countries I have visited. I hope they go bankrupt so a decent restaurant can take their place.

Amazing and very romantic place. The service is really good, the view of the restaurant is breathtaking. Many vegetarian options in the menu, good food, good wines, a bit expensive but the experience is worth it! Highly recommended

Cosy restaurant/bar in Cihangir. Great for couples. Good drinks and food albeit a little on the expensive side. Definitely worth a visit, though, as they probably have one of the best views over Istanbul.
