It was a great trip , I recommend this hotel

Rooms are too old and dirty, need maintenance.
For 3 days there was no cleaning nor towels change.
Guys in the reception are rude.
Food for ALL INCLUSIVE is OK.
Swimming pool water is dirty.
Beach is good. -

Below poor customer service, parking always full and you have to find your parking in the street outside hotel, staff not friendly at all! For sure I advise no one to come, zero value for money

Every thing is great food, reception, pool always the stuff, but I had wait 3 hours after long drive for my room to be ready 😥, but in general I love it.
