A real joy staying here. After an unpleasant stay in a condo nearby I enjoyed the high class Peninsula hotel, everything was perfect,
very spacious rooms, excellent restaurant and great pool. Taking their ferry to cross the river was our daily ritual, a joy as I said.

the best hotel so far i had stayed.
good breakfast buffet and well trained friendly staff.
they offer free ferry to bring to the other side of the river.

their spa is also worth to try...

The room we got have a beautiful view of the river. Free passage on the boat across the river where you can take the train. Breakfast was inspiring with great variety. Everything was great except that they dun have much tea bags option. Probably just me as I am a tea drinker. The staff was great and accommodating. The room service Thai food was great too. Its a wonderful stay in the hotel.

It is our pleasure to stay in the Peninsula Hotel this time for our stay in Bangkok.
The welcome by staff was great and the check in procedure was fast and efficient.
We were taken to our room by a friendly staff member and shown all the facilities.
Our room is very comfortable, with everything that we could need. Most importantly the king sized bed is comfortable, and there are tea and coffee making facilities.
We chose not to have breakfast this time, but know from past experience that it would be amazing.
This may be our first visit here but I know it will not be our last.
    Thank you Peninsula Bangkok.

Good hotel, good service, honest food.
The spa is amazing and the concierge service is great!
The room was spacious, as well as the closet space and the bathroom.
The location is not good, despite the amazing views.
The pool is beautiful, and is great that they provide water while you are there. But it is always partially sunny, so it’s impossible to find a place under the sun, and the staff is quite noisy.
The breakfast is always crowded, and the balcony space is too close to the piers where the boat shuttles park and you smell diesel and hear motors during your entire meal.
I recommend due its price/benefit ratio.

Lovely hotel with impeccable service. I love the view of my city view king bedroom, the bed alone was worth the visit. The brunch offered a wide array of items to choose from, my favorite being the bread pudding. My only negative remark is that I wish the hotel was located on the other side of the river, but it's not that big of a deal because the complimentary boat transfer service is very fast and you never have to wait.

Okayish. There are better places to stay on the river. Room service was delicious, hot and prompt. Rooms are dated. Buffet is tired. Reception and lobby also tired.

I can only join in on the previous songs of praise posted here! Feel like a queen or king for as long as you stay here, have your every wish fulfilled, enjoy the complementary river shuttle to avoid traffic and taste some of their great food. But if you want to enjoy a spa treatment, make sure to book it well in advance.

Love this place! Gorgeous views, friendly and extremely helpful staff. They anticipate your needs so you don't have to ask (we love having lots of ice, so housekeeping left us to extra buckets when they cleaned our room).

Amazing so far. One of the best Hotels I have stayed anywhere in the world. Stopped off for 5 days en route from UK to NZ. Wish now we had booked for longer.

Nothing is too much trouble. All staff helpful and caring. Hotel itself truly luxurious

Awesome hotel, service and installations. The only problem was that the room had a humidity smell and honestly the massage prices are outrageous, I pay the same for a Thai massage in a nice place in Munich... what happened to the PPP? Still super recommended hotel!

Certainly one of Thailand's best hotels, thus I spotted certain changes in their guest services.

Here for a conference and everything was smooth. From the service to the food to even the AV setups - flawless. As expected from the Peninsula.

Second day here, and the majority of the staff address me by my name. Breakfast is excellent. Fitness center staff are amazing. Early morning yoga at Gong Wu Temple followed by walk through Princess Mother Memorial Park was very special.

I think this is one of the most fab hotel I have ever visited! A quiet hotel in the middle of the noisy city Bangkok. We enjoyed early mornings at the pool, tea breaks in the afternoon and wonderful night drinks. The Shangri-La hotel is located on the other side of the river and a small boat goes from the hotel across the river for free. We had a nice room with a amazing view of the city. A bit expensive, but its worth it!
