I have stayed at Starry Place several times in the past. It is an attractive well up kept service apartment hidden at the tail end of Soi Rangnam, which is adjacent to Victory Monument. Counter service there is very good and they even have Western meals served to ur room at reasonable prices. Don't think any other service apartments in the area measure up to this standard at very reasonable rates. Bit of a walk to the BTS station, but well worth the effort. Overall an excellent place to stay for under 20,000 baht per month.
