Not a bad place place to stay in Bangkok central. Small room, but with large bed, it's a good point.
Elevator is small and always full in the morning. Food is OK, not great. The hall is very crowded in the morning you hardly find a seat to have breakfast, full of Vietnamese, Chinese, Indian. Some rooms are reported to have stuck sink and broken hair dryer.
Anyway for tourists with small budget, it's OK for a few days in Bangkok
I was here for 3 nights and the experience was quite good. Room services were good and the rooms were quite clean and tidy. The only negative side is the food. Food was really bad,we only had breakfast there. Then we went out for shopping and tried street food also.they were great! But the hotels food was not good at all,breakfast specially.
I do recommend the hotel,but you have to eat outside definitely!
This 3-star hotel is kinda small. It has a fish tank full of koi fish, which is very nice. The room service is amazing, the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit small, the lights inside are weak, so the room is pretry dark. The morning buffet doesn't have many choices, but it tastes very good. I really enjoy the experience when staying here.
A budget hotel with good location. Bus stop & Tuk Tuk available right in front of the hotel. 7/11 is next door. Airport NOT very far & many markets nearby. NO balconies. Rooms are little small.

But the biggest issue is the behavior of the staff. I am vegetarian and in breakfast non - veg was given name as fired vegetables and it was chicken. When I asked the staff plz arrange it properly. Answer I got was it's not my duty. This is very irresponsible. It seems that they are not interested in giving proper responses to client.
In short clients are taken for granted
So suggestion would be don't book it

Worst hotel.. bad service. No hospitality manners. Rude to coustumer specially to Indians and they took some coins from my table after cleaning without my knowledge later apologized assuming it as tip. Whatever aviod this hotel if u with your family. They don't let u smoke and tell u fine of 2000bhat.
Benefits bus stop outside hotel.
Walking distance from Nehru market, Palladium etc, and u get a bus 13 number takes you to mbk market and Siam paragon etc.
Staff was friendly. We arrived early so they kept our luggage in the store room. Also allowed us early check-in. Rooms are decent and clean. NO locker in the room. Dining area is small but ok. English/American breakfast was good. Conveniently located. Walking distance from Metro station and Indra shopping center. Indian restaurant on the other side of the road.
They serve mainly thai food ...that is nt according to indians taste . But there is indian restaurant in front of hotel that serve awesome food . NO need to book buffet breakfast or dinner at hotel
i would say this is a budget hotel with a decent location, customer service altogether was rude and below average. They advertise that they have free WiFi, however it keeps on disconnecting and speed again below average

This place is close to Indra Square, much sought after by indian travellers for affordable clothing, footware & bag options. However, the standard room has a bathroom which is very congested, the door had a safety latch which was broken. A double bed was arranged by keeping two single beds adjacent, with a scary potential gap in the middle which is worry some for any one traveling with a toddler. I would summarize the review as "cheap option near Indra Square".
Hotel is good. But reception staff are lier. We had booked 2 triple bedroom but they gave us 1 triple 1 double bedroom with extra bed. On complaint they said our booking is for double bedroom with extra bed only. We were not carry ing the voucher. But later on check ing with our agent they confirmed it were triple bedrooms. Breakfast was also bad. On 22 March 2017 they had served stale Rotisserie indian curries.

Stayed here on 24th & 25th Jan with a group of 23 persons. Rooms are good , small but cozy with clean toilets. Rooms had sofa, Led TV, Mini Bar & Intercom but no door bell. Buffet breakfast was average with very few choice for vegetarians. For buffet breakfast the restaurant space was small and very congested. Buffet breakfast timing from 6:30 am to 10:30 am, but from 09:45 am staff removed the name plates and did not replenish the finished items. Staff seems to be rushing to complete their assignment before the cut off time. Staff at reception counter during day time was courteous but just opposite at evening & night time. Located one km walking distance from Pratunam and 4 Kms by Tuk Tuk due to one way, so better to stay at Pratunam area if you are shopping crazy.
EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF: We had a very unpleasant experience on 25th January night at dinner at their restaurant. Indian food was pathetic in quality and taste with very limited items. Though we paid more 50 bhatt per person then other Indian restaurants for the buffet. One waiter Mr. Paul was there to take care of us. At 9 pm sharp we two guys at table finishing the meals , Mr. Paul came and reminded that by 9:15 pm restaurant will close and in response we agreed. Again after five minuted he came and start shouting “ move move” showing his watch and pointing his finger to move out of restaurant. He was extremely rude and shouting as if we were beggars. It was so annoying that we left our plates very same moment. In Thailand we never met with such a rude behavior. Its good to maintain punctuality but it does not means to force people to complete meals before time when the was restaurant almost empty and no other group was waiting for dinner. Same thing he could have delivered in a more polite way. Even made complain to the Manager on duty but her response was very cold. Next morning we were very much surprised to see same dinner items were served in the buffet breakfast with different names.
