The front desk and cleaning staff were extremely nice, the deluxe room was impeccable, large, comfortable and homely. The breakfast buffet was diverse and good, with good coffee, Asian and Western food.
Some misunderstanding with the associated restaurant, Marco, as we were supposed to get a 20% discount on drinks and food but they only applied the discount to the food, not the drinks. Also, there was a sign saying they wouldn't change the towels unless we ask for but they were replaced every day nonetheless. -

People there are really genuinely nice. They do the room escort and the luggage service is amazing and felt they do that not for money only, very friendly. They arranged this nice private sedan limousine service to Pattaya for 1500 Baht which we are happy to pay, it was much more convenient than a taxi or bus that we had to arrange. The back alley was full of joy as today was Songkran. I got soaked in water then the bell guys made some space for us to get changed and organize our luggage etc, again, so nice of them.

The room was awesome. Besides being really pretty, it was spotless. The amenities were pretty good too. The bathroom was pretty awesome too. There was an iron, microwave and a kettle. The staff were friendly and helpful. I just wish they had complimentary breakfast. The location was pretty conveneint. Loved the interior decoration. All in all, it was an experience and a good one at that. :)

Love this hotel. Many stays here. Not a fancy place. Not a lot of extras. The staff is the best. The morning breakfast is one of the best around and I've had many. Good street legal open bar facing the street. Soi 11. One of the best evening street in all of Bangkok. Many bars and food and. Well you know what I mean. A street not for the week at heat. Fun stuff

A charming property at great value for money if you're intending to stay around Sukhumvit Soi 11!

Good hotel too far down soi 11 and maintenance took too long to look at a water leak and never fixed it. Everything else good.

Overall it was alrite, stayed for 5 days 4 night, but i was shocked there was no pool or gym. The bright side is that, its near the Nana Station (BTS) so its easier to travel. For muslim, not ideal, because its hard to find halal food around this area. Luckily there's Villa Market right around the corner, for last minute snack or massages.

Amazing view, staff were incredibly pushy about drinks. Incredibly overpriced (£5 for a bottle of water) minimum spend to stay and the only reason I'm giving 2 stars not 1 is because the view is good but some other skybars have just as good of a view as this and their staff aren't pushy. If you don't mind the prices also be aware there is a smart dress code.
