  Previously service was very good, a lot of Cambodian people, including me come for treatment, but bad experience this time, Doctor came late and roughly finish, not much time to consult with patient, just few minutes talking. Wow really surprise that I travelled nearly 1,000Km then got bad experience with that doctor. If cannot handle, please don’t accept many patients, unless your service will be down.

  Hosptial is old but relatively clean.
  
  The service was efficient, taken by senior nurse to Doctor within 10-15 minutes of registration.
  
  Doctor Phooripoom was polite and patient until questioned about cost of removing a unknown tumorous growth on the sole of foot (not the 20 year old plantar wart) for a biopsy which would take 1 week for analysis results.
  
  Doctor gets aggressive and impatient if questioning the cost of the treatment. Says get out even if being very polite, and suggests go to Phuket or Bangkok.
  
  I HAVE NO INSURANCE - and I am not asked about that AND I AM NOT A WEALTHY TOURIST.
  
  I have a Thai Wife and Son of 2 years old and limited income. I am a tax payer of 7 years in Thailand.
  
  When asked for some concession the price goes up aggressively 20-25%.
  
  Will go to government hosptial and wait rather than pay 6,000 THB for treatment here.
  
  Please Doctor Phooripoom, take note; please state that prices are fixed and kindly inform patients of this ... avoid engaging in this aggressive, impatient approach of inflating the price if your patient asks for some concession and tries to explain his/her personal circumstance.
  
  Please DONT ASSUME ALL FARANG same! 🙏🏼

  Dear Hospital ! Today i noticed that your staff is not good service .
  My mother waiting for blood examination but your staff saying they know and ask for waiting more time even the room of Lab are free . The staff are eating only .

  The Ruam Phaet Hospital is the main private hospital of Surin town in eastern Thailand. There is another hospital with the same name in Surin city, but this one is much more older and only a small clinic. The Ruam Phaet Hospital has a famous cantine where you can enjoy delicious Thai menues, of course it is air conditioned.

  First time I met Dr. in Room number 1 (Dr. Jumroen) is OK. he is good and he can go thru with Khmer language as well, friendly and very professional. I prefer to give him 5 Stars. But second time I went there before the appointment because I feel not good then I can't meet Dr. Jumroen and the nurse arranged me to meet Dr. room number 2(don't know name). I was disappointed with his attitude he did not want to answer anything and the check up was not on my point. I want to get ecology on my back but he ordered to do on my stomach(funny). I said I still feel not good but he said 100% recovery and did not give any more medicine. then just finished the consultation. This hospital's service is depend on doctor also.

  This is by far, a good hospital in Surin.
  Long wait, lack of English spoken staffs, and a bit messy but clean. Thus, 4 stars from me.
  
  The nurses r very professional, care, and worked deligently to get every patient seen in an orderly manner.
  
  I came here on the weekend with a family from Phnom Penh. It gets very very busy here as most Cambodians can only travel in group on the weekend. Thank u for being so nice to all Cambodians.

  Good quality hospital!!but service is a bit slow and doctors always arrive late.
