  A Quiet and nice ocean view is good for relaxation. The room condition is a bit lower than expectation as the furniture is too old.

  Friendly staff. Great location and beautiful sea facing deluxe room. Beds high quality. Off main areas so need a car. Breakfast large choice Thai and English. Room service available and not expensive. Large pool looking out to narrow beach and crab fishing boats. Recommend highly

  I can not at all recomend this place. Staff seemed nice, but I don't think the rooms are acceptable for this price. There was dust on the floor. In every corner and under the beds. No shampoo in the bathroom and the balcony furniture was broken. Getting out of the pool was not safe since the floor boards were loose and you could get hurt on the nails. This place must have been nice when it was new but now it kind of sucks. It would be more acceptable if it was cheaper because I have been to much cheaper places that were so much nicer and cleaner in Thailand.

  Nice hotel, big modern rooms, seaside location, but poorly maintained and managed. A little refurbishment of the beach and pool facilities (redo and paint the wooden terrasse, fix the showers and work on the overall cleanliness if the property) wouldn't hurt. Add a pool bar and the impression would improve dramatically.

  very far from town, one hour need, but the hotel is good and price is good as well. better has your own car.

  Good panoramic view from the new building. Large swimming pool for adult and small children! Rooms are spacious, great breakfasts. Nice place for family and groups. Excellent value for money!!
