Nice rooms. Good pool with great bar staff. Reception staff could be more polite, they're not rude but definitely not friendly either.

Location is dream. All buildings are scattered in a vegetation jungle. The staff is always with a smile on their lips and always ready for help. I had a cottage suite and it was very clean. I came with fear because I read negative reviews about breakfast, cleaning and mosquitoes. I have to say that breakfast was varied for all tastes. You have to be very caricature to say it's wrong. As for mosquitoes, we came home with four devices against them, but that was not the case. People even give up against mosquitoes. About cleaning I can say that they changed towels every day and took the garbage, and linen was changed to three days. We spent 10 days and everything was ok. I had two free coctails every day and they were very good. I have visited many countries and I can say that I felt much better than in Spain, Greece, France, Italy and there is no point in enumerating it.

Our favorite resort we stayed at in Thailand!! Service is great, rooms are spacious, location is prime, and the workers are very friendly and helpful. Be aware you will most likely be hiking up to your rooms but you get used to it and it’s worth it and part of the experience. They’ll carry your luggage up to your rooms and trust meyou’ll want to tip them after they carry your belongings. My college friends and I were huffing and puffing the first few times walking up to our rooms without our bags haha. Pakasai is tucked away from the busy life of Krabi but super close to everything. There are monkeys up in the trees and they keep to themselves, you can feed the fish that are in the pond, and they offer small activities and traditional Thai customs and samples of desserts during the day. We’ve learned that there is a huge language barrier in Thailand when it comes to English but my group of friends had the best help from the workers at Pakasai. They treat the customers with so much respect and will go our of their way to help with any recommendations, calling for a taxi, or printing off boarding passes. There’s also a 7 Eleven right across from the resort,m and money exchange. Highly recommend staying at Pakasai!!

The resort is beautiful, bht i expected more from the room. There were a couple of things that bothered me. There were a lot of mosquitoes, and we did everything to try and keep them out, but there was no way. I had no mosquito problem in any other Thai hotel.

Hotel was decent. First we had to change our room, in the first room was something wierd smell. The second room was ok! We spent our honeymoon there. Staff were nice, friendly and talked decent english! Little bad feelings came when we heard that some other couples had gotten an 1,500Tbat value voucher to spend in the pool area. We did not get it. Even if we had to wait almost 40min our room, because it was not ready. Maybe the more exspensive rooms would have made our honeymoon perfect. There are much worse hotels in the area. But i am sure, there is better ones too. We had great vacation, but with little few small things from the hotel, it would have been perfect!

all things considered - i give it 5 stars. good value for money. great location close to the beach but yet on the quite hill. excellent breakfest and super friendly staff.

Rooms are OK. aircon is a bit noisy and they still use massive keys and 1 kg of a key chain. not sure what so ecofriendly about this resort is/was - ut they are located in kind of forest which is cool.
awesome pool and well priced drinks.

    recommended.

The resort is eco friendly. The rooms are set amidst great foliage. The management is devoted to planting more and more trees. The speciality is different types of trees and vegetation being planted and what they say is that is being done since last 20 years and they will continue to do every year for times to come.

Rooftop swimming pool is also maintained in the best way possible to help the ecosystem without using the Chlorine bleach for purification by using salted water. Quite impressive.

I don't know about other resorts in the area but the room in which I stated was quite large in comparison to other rooms I have stated elsewhere in the world. Adding to room comfort was large Balcony with a swing to relax. Staff most cordial. Services good - Restaurant and Bar. The things I missed are - a spa and proper travel desk.

    Anyway a great experience.

Mitigé. Pas super propre dans les chambres et la piscine. Restaurant bon et serveur sympa. Personnel de l'accueil qui veut vous extorquer (tarifs différents selon les personnes pour le petits déjeuner, activités rajoutées sur la facture, etc)

Indeed it is a green hotel in the woods. We were assigned a room (based on the type of our booking) at the far end of the resort that needs to walk up the hill. Upon request, they changed one which is closer to the entrance. Thank you to the kindness of the staff. However, this hotel is a bit out from the center if Ao Nang Beach.

Decent stay. Nice rooms. Not very enthusiastic room service. Swimming pool was quite dirty. Strictly average breakfast. Away from sea front humdrum. Very walkable.

Overall a good experience for the price. However rooms was very dark and smelled of damp (often unavoidable in SEA). Pool was a nice setting but on the dirty side in terms of water. Breakfast buffet was great. Staff while very friendly often had difficulty understanding which caused issues at check in but again for the price and area this is understandable.

Beautiful green resort just of the Aonang town. Conveniently situated next to a 7 Eleven, Ally Massage (the best.. look for Tuk or Ying!!) and an ATM. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Just make sure your room is not on the top most floor of you would be climbing the stairs all the way up!

    Very Green and Leisure Hotel

We like the hotel very much! The hotel is situated up a small hill, with a lot of plants and beautiful gardening as the environment, providing a peaceful, leisurely environment, yet within few minutes' walking distance to the bustling main road, making it a very good and convenient location. Also within 10 minutes' walking distance to the Ao Nang beach.

You can also hear birds and bugs singing every morning and night. A very natural environment!

We have early check-in at 6:30am, staying in Adora Chalet for 4 nights. The room is spacious and well decorated too, though not very luxurious.

    Anyway, we like Pakasai Resort!
