Absolute disaster. In reality there is nothing what they are showing on the internet. No standards at all! Old hotel. Old furniture. The smell of mustiness and mold all over the place. The final touch was the moment when I was beaten by ants which were freely running all over the room and bed sheets! No recommendation at all.
Ps. All the good reviews are bought for free ‘upgrade’.
Liars, liars, liars... I booked it because of nice pictures and location. Location is great, but the hotel is old and depressing. The worst I have ever stayed in. Pictures show complete lie and you book it you are screwed cause they won't refound you. Don't make that mistake as I did!
Be careful! All the positive reviews are purchased by upgrades! This hotel is a nightmare with very good pix on the booking websites. Outdated and dirty... and I'm waiting that being beaten by the ants which plague the rooms. Left after one night in spite of booking 2 weeks.
I stayed at Page 10 for a few nights on a recent trip.
The rooms are well appointed for the price, however, there is a bit of wear and tear to them. Despite this the room was well cleaned and good value for money I felt.
The beds are quite firm but I have found that to be pretty typical of the places in Thailand. Also, I did find that there is a fair bit of noise in the hotels with guests coming and going at all hours, but lets face it, this is Pattaya!
Hotel staff were always very friendly and wonderful to deal with!
I would happily stay here again.
Place was decent. It was designed for tourists looking for adult fun, hence the sliding window allowing the bed to see through to the bathtub.
Room was spacious, and it was mostly clean. Though there a number of what looked like dried blood stains on the walls and bed linens.
Value for money, provided a quality services all you need.
Amazing place to Stay...
Value for money...
Nice location....
A Boutique hotel in Pattaya that doesn't break your bank! Creatively done interiors, a nice pool overlooking the city, a small gym area, decent food & drink prices, amazing hospitality. Close to the beach & 2nd road. You might wanna talk a tuk tuk to the walking street,as it's a good 20 mins walk. This hotel is totally worth your buck,if you are looking to stay on a budget!
Big modern rooms, small pool though. Great location close to walking street
Really nice hotel in the centre of everything - nice big room with a great shower and a balcony, couldn't ask for more. Have rebooked here for my next holiday.
I stayed here in 2016 September.
Nice big rooms with cozy beds.
Decent service.
Nice location, spacious rooms, air con is cold as ice but loud as hell. Staff were efficient and friendly.
The gym has a treadmill and bike but the bike is not stable and needs replacing. Swimming pool is on the roof too
Most of the wall sockets were not working, these need to be replaced too.
Overall no major issues i would visit again
Good hotel if you DO NOT need reliable internet. The first time i stayed there the internet speed was impressive. I am a business traveler and the terrible internet cosy me some serious money. Otherwise it is a fine hotel ut nearly as nice as when it first opened
I will bot stay there again
Over rated , not so value for money
Clean . good staff. Great location
Excellent service and nice hotel, staff were amazing except the girlfriend at the pools Barclay who cannot seem to be able to smile
Modern design, RUN DOWN rooms and poorly maintained. Breakfast serving okay but not great
bit small room with large balcony, recommended to stay at the room on Siam Bayview Hotel side, as in front of hotel there are bars with loud music playing past midnight.
