Description

Perched on the 65th floor, Mezzaluna is The Dome at lebua's finest and highest restaurant, where the breathtaking 180-degree city and river views are rivaled only by the masterful culinary presentations placed before you. The restaurant has been awarded Michelin 2 stars in the inaugural Michelin Guide Bangkok 2018.

Guests are offered a choice of two dining formats – the exquisite Five-Course Tasting Menu and the celebrated Seven-Course Tasting Menu with optional wine pairings.

Chef Ryuki Kawasaki prepares his exquisitely innovative fine European cuisine nightly in the open kitchen right besides Mezzaluna’s half-moon windows wall, overlooking one of Bangkok’s most iconic views.

Only the finest seasonal ingredients are used at Mezzaluna, from international growers as well as local artisanal producers – often royally initiated projects and always with an emphasis on organic farming methods. Homemade herbal oils, vinegars, bouillons, and fruits and vegetables extracts are used for the smoking, pickling, drying, curing and grilling that are done on-site.
