  This hotel is so great! Service is very excellent. The people at the front door are particularly helpful. The hotel is very beautiful. I love the sky bar. They have live music inside and some outdoor seating. The sky bar is particularly beautiful. You can see a lot of downtown Bangkok, and it's a great place for pictures. Outside the hotel is a kind of rough neighborhood, especially late at night.

  What an amazing hotel. Fantastic views, great service and amazing breakfast. We used the gym several times and it was perfect. One of the better gyms in a hotel. The location of the hotel is great as it's right off the BTS and a quick train ride to most places. Highly recommend!

  I got the Imperial Suite, and I must say I am impressed. You get a jacuzzi outdoors where you can see a stunning view of Bangkok. The place is huge and very comfortable. You get a complimentary bubble/oil bath and there are at least 2 LED TVs. The food is delicious and I would recommend. One thing that's not really great however is the traffic in front of the hotel at night, but other than that, no complaints.

  Lovely 5 star hotel with a great address in the heart of Bangkok.
  The entrance is open and luxurious with plenty of staff on hand to help with any thing and everything. Lots of comfortable seating areas and a lounge.
  Just minutes from the sky train and underground rail system. Lots of eating and shopping areas minutes from here. Entertainment and massage places to relax and unwind, all within a short walking distance.

  Nice hotel with great service except from the club floor. It's a little bit to uptight for my taste but in certain ways but it's getting much more fun over there. The pool was cool when I stayed there but they are building a really tall building next to it so it might be a pool with less sun pretty soon. The restaurant at 32 floor are great! The people at g floor in the reception are super friendly. The concierge are great and they also have a cool wine bar!

  It's a great hotel, which becomes older by the time. The location is fantastic, directly at the station Nana, not far from the mall Terminal 21, where you can shop and eat as much as you like, plus cinema :) the breakfast ist great, but I don't think it is worth the money. It has a nice and clean fitness studio, where you can jump in for a quick workout, but don't expect too much variation. The pool is also great, but a bit small for the size of the hotel. Service is great and very helpful. If you come for party and shopping, then this is great place to start off!

  There's a pillow menu! Which was great but all the pillows were square shaped which I did not like. I love the buckwheat pillow. Perfect for me. Even though it was small size but I slept so well with it.
  The room was clean and a good size. Bed was comfy. Hotel staff were friendly and attentive. I thought the hotel breakfast was lacking in quality though. Could be just I have high expectations of a 5 star hotel breakfast.
  Overall a very enjoyable stay.

  Check in - prompt and well handled
  The room - clean with some wow factor. Showing age though (the TV speaker didn't work properly).
  The hotel facilities - clean though one lift broke down (with us in it).
  Food - room service good
  Checkout - prompt and efficient
  Transfer to airport - poor. The green and yellow taxi the staff member hailed was bad. He stopped around the corner and 're-adjusted' the fare - said his meter was broken. He was weaving through the traffic (clearly drunk).
  He crashed into another taxi as we pulled up at the airport.
  I made a police report at the airport tourist police office. They were very helpful but said the problem is very common.

  Great and especially delighted and appreciative of the offer given to me (which I gladly took up) to use the shower facilities at the spa in the afternoon on the day I checked out - as I was hot and sweaty upon return to the hotel (on a hot day) to catch the transport for the airport transfer.
  Also love the assortment of ice cream at lunch that looks like an ice cream buffet.
  The wardrobe that can be accessed from both inside and outside the bathroom also makes it very convenient for business travellers like me who is always in a hurry.
  However, the check-in took longer than expected so there is some room for improvement there.
  Also, I was told at breakfast that the restaurant is full though I see so many empty tables after I informed staff that I can share tables with colleagues (as we were a big group of almost 100 visitors) and entered the restaurant.

  Dear,
  In a busy city like Bangkok,after a long and tiring day, everybody needs a quiet and comfortable zone.Sofitel with all its exclusive arrangements fulfilled that expectations of my family.
  The room caters for all reasonable comfort with magnificent washroom facilities.The overnight stay,fully energized all of us and helped us for next day's schedule.
  The morning breakfast charged the motor for whole day and catapulted everybody for a memorable evening around the city.
  The Hotel staffs were generous to ensure our comfort. They always went an extra mile to help us to organize city tour, hiring a taxi, providing information etc.
  My memorable stay became reality, due to previous information from one of my friend and I found it really true.
  We are happy and fully satisfied with Sofitel and look forward to be their guest in future.

  Staff was very polite and quite helpful to provide any assistance whenever required. Breakfast menu was excellent with lot of choice for every one.
  
  Only the small issue, I had requested for late check out on the last day which probably staff could not accommodate. However, they provided me access to lounge to spend some time and do my work.
  
  It was really great. Would like to stay here again.

  Again, Sofitel Bangkok outperformed our expectations. It has been a year since our last stay and we noticed many improvements. It is well-maintained, staff friendlier, there has been conscious effort to make our stay more pleasant. Kudos to your front desk for allowing us early check-in and late check-out. Kudos to your door girl who got us another taxi right after we were kicked out of one that refused to go by the meter. Kudos to your IT for the magnificent improvement in Wifi coverage and speed. Our stay at Sofitel would be a 10 though, if not for the mosquito infestation near the pool area (level 9). We did notice though, a drop in breakfast food quality. Pastry and bakery was a tad drier and overall taste seemed to have slipped. Still good, just not as good as the year before.

  The room is well prepared before entering: the slippers are well placed on the towel in front of the bed. The tea bag is placed on the bedside table ready to use.
  I like the bed especially, it's super comfortable yet full of support.
  The breakfast is full of options with great quality.
  The swimming pool is simply the strawberry on the top of the cake.

  I stay at this hotel a lot. Check-in is always efficient in the club level. The room was clean but felt damp (most likely due to the humidity outside). A part of the shower broke off while showering. We did not have turn-down service (we left the room at 5:30pm). Pool side service was lacking. We had to track down servers.

  Great 3 days stay at Sofitel Sukhumvit. Comfy bed & pillows. In all, hotel up to par as 5 stars luxury hotel with modern amenities, like L'Occitane products.
  Breakfast is offered in Voila with a decent variety of food. Also had a Thai seafood dinner in the restaurant. You shouldn't miss this if you are also into tiger/river prawns . Price of the buffet is unbeatable, which is under 1 k baht.

  Had amazing 4 days. All the staff members were very kind. The pool is quiet and clean, the room is big and very comfortable. I was very much satisfied with the room service. One downside was that there was smoking smell in the bathroom and It was never fixed.. The breakfast buffet was good with many delicious food to choose from. It was a great start of the day. However, the seafood buffet was just okay. There was not much food to eat. Overall, I will definitely stay here again! 9 out 10!
