  Hotel is very clean and aesthetic with a typical modern resort design. The staff is friendly but not the most efficient, just like pretty much anywhere in Thailand. Our room smelled of thinner, probably from recent repainting, and my wife became worried of brain damage so we asked to change roim, which was no problem at all. Our new room was very good, with good layout for two people, sufficient and well placed international power outlets and had a super king suzed bed. Amenities are good but mostly overpriced for Thailand.

  Love this place. Located on a less crowded part of Phuket. The services are great, rooms are very very nice and comfortable. The food here is very good too. Stayed at a ocean view suite for the first few days and switched to a one bedroom villa in our last day . The one bedroom villa is still one of the best ones I have been to. I highly recommend a stay here. A 5 min walk will get you to a beach, Not a lot of people here, so it's nice and quiet where you can enjoy some sun and got for a nice swim. Several shops along the main road just off the beach and there are street food vendors in case you are Hungry. Overall Pullman Phuket Arcaidia is expertly managed with a friendly and attentive staff. Everything about this place deserves a 5 star rating!

  Nice secluded location close to the airport, but quite a ways from Pitong and Phuket town. Naithon beach is bookended by this hotel and and another, so it is quiet and peaceful compared to the busier strips in town.
  
  We stayed here during the soft open and things have noticeably degraded, but the rooms are still very nice with good amenities and views, and seem very private from each other. The hotel amenities are nice, but the crowd has shifted towards families with young children rather than couples, so it isn't as romantic.
  
  The food quality has taken a noticeable dive, with prices increased drastically. Pizzas were bland, Thai food was tasteless, and a $20 USD octopus appetizer came with three chewy shreds of octopus. Eat at the beach restaurants instead.

  This resort was everything! The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've had and the service is amazing! Make sure to take advantage of the seafood buffet when its available. Pool is beautiful and the views from this resort are breathtaking! My only complaint is the buggy service, it took quite some time to come but other than that I highly recommend this hotel! GREAT location and close to airport:)

  This is an excellent family hotel and fair value for money. It’s well located on a cliff top and the surrounding beach and close by shops are very safe. You never get hassled outside the hotel. The hotel is a little tricky to navigate in the sense you need to get a car to get from the lobby to your room. Other downside was waiting in lines for breakfast.
  The hotel is highly organised, family friendly and it represents good value for money.

  The saving grace of this hotel is it's relatively swanky decor and views. Otherwise it would plummet further in my opinion.
  
  Start with the bad:
  1. Upon checking in the front desk wrongly assumed I am from China by prefilling a form. I think putting in biases prior to someone arriving is an awful idea. Just leave it blank next time, it's that simple.
  2. At check in I asked for a king bed which the woman confirmed the room indeed it is. It was not.
  3. Upon entering the room there were three bellboys to escort the bags to my room. They awkwardly crowded the hallway awaiting a tip. It was forthcoming anyway but the way they waited made me uncomfortable.
  4. They didn't clean our rooms until about 4pm the following day. So when we ran out of soap and shampoo, I had to go look for an employee myself. When no one was around I saw an employee folding beach towels near my lot (700 block). He was on his personal cell phone. When I politely asked for help he looked at me and turned away and continued his conversation. UNACCEPTABLE in a service industry. As I walked away there was no effort to try and rectify the issue.
  5. The front desk woman did not seem genuine.
  6. The rudeness and inconsiderateness of other guests were remarkable.
  7. Room water heat tends to fluctuate quite a bit.
  
  The good:
  Decor is nice, beach access, infinity pool, shuttle to room, breakfast was good and the gym was really nice.
  
  The hotel is fairly big therefore interactions seem less personal. We had just come from a very very small boutique hotel (zeavola) on phi phi island therefore we were not ready for this.
  
  Stay here but be aware of the service.
  
  Also... One of the prior reviews is from Pullman Hotel itself? Suspicious? Be skeptical of the reviews on Google Maps on this place!

  Wow wow! I had a wonderful stayed at Pullman Phuket Arcadia, I am so impressed with the services, Pullman Phuket team is so great. Food is amazing, the view at sunset is incredible. The ambiences, set up are unlike any other places I have been visited. I love the bed which I called "Heavenly Bed' and how lovely of the room and decor. I certainly go back and stay and also tell all my friends and family to visit and experiences the resort.
  P.S. Since, I have posted many images on my social media, everyone already message and comments on the images, they love it.

  There was absolutely nothing we could fault. The staff were FANTASTIC! the food was most enjoyable and the facilities were top class. Our room was excellent with wonderful views and we wished we could stay there forever and if we could have smuggled the cleaner home in our suitcase we would have. We particularly enjoyed our evening drinks in the lounge area before dinner. We found the staff as wonderful as the sunset view. Thank you.

  The resort was immaculate and absolutely beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, wanted to bring some of them home with us. If there is another luxury escape we will definitely purchase one as unfortunately it would be too expensive for us otherwise. Thanks for doing the luxury escape and letting us experience this sensational resort. Food was perfect also.

  Had a wonderful holiday at the Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach. The room was very clean and spacious and the housekeepers did a great job servicing each day. Our room was a deluxe and was close to the reception and restaurants, which was very handy.
  I had messed up our leaving date and thought we were checking out on a Friday but in fact we were supposed to leave on Thursday. Ing, the lovely from reception was so diplomatic, helpful and understanding in reorganizing us to stay another night in the same room at a good rate.
  I would thoroughly recommend this Hotel Resort to anybody who wants a top hotel in Phuket.

They are to be commended on their caring and friendly attitude towards guests while going about their tasks efficiently with a minimum of fuss.   The grand deluxe room is spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was really good. The infinity swimming pool is the spotlight. Since it is a resort style hotel which is far from town, it should provide more facilities. Health club include steam /sauna need to pay which is not reasonable at all. a bit disappointed on check in process where they over charge me 4 additional breakfasts. I found out this and verify this with reception manager at night they said will rectify it. However, when I checkout out, they still overcharged me three breakfasts. although it eventually resolved this in 5 minutes time I still feel unhappy due to this issue. Please check your bill thoroughly.

  First of all, we would like to thank the hotel for the goodwill by upgrading our room, this shows the hotel really take care of its loyal patrons.
  
  We were given a great introduction of the hotel facilities during our walk to our room by a person (it's a guy who checked us in, we were too busy looking around to get his name!) Apologies for that.
  
  The breakfast, the pool view and the service are the best as compared to the previous 3 stays in other hotels and resorts.

  What a lovely hotel. Staff are always so kind, helpful and accommodating. The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The pools are amazing with comfortable lounges. Kids Club is wonderful. Food is delicious and entire experience is one I want to repeat sooner rather than later!

  The Pullman Acardia Naithon Beach is the ultimate get away destination to unwind and relax. Amazing atmosphere and friendly staff who go out of their way to make your stay more enjoyable.
  
  Well appointment rooms with glorious views, surrounded by peace and tranquility.
  
  The food is amazing and the menu caters for all tastes. Of course, we can't leave out "Happy Hour" with live entertainment & the chance to meet other guests over a cocktail or two before dinner.
